We had a wonderful week long stay at this property. The service was thoughtful and so attentive. Angel Munoz, the chief concierge attended to us eagerly and with so much kindness. We were hugging by the time we left! The service on the whole was 5 stars. Javier greeted us with welcome Margaritas upon check in and got us settled quickly. The rooftop bar is a great spot for lunch, and Ariel will quickly become your best friend. Everyone is on their toes at this recently opened property located in quaint, safe, and stylish Polanquito. The staff gets extra thanks from me personally for getting me therapeutic ice every night as I am recovering from foot surgery. We are already planning our return!

OMG. What a place! This property sets a new standard for feeling like a home away from home. Tucked into a cozy corner of Polanco. It is a quiet oasis in the middle of bustling tree lined streets, sidewalk cafes and bars. So enjoyable. Sleek modern rooms. Comfortable beds. Big bathrooms. A chic but quiet rooftop pool and restaurant. Very tasty cuisine. Warm and efficient service. Smiles and conversation from the staff. I will single out the concierge, Angel for his kind and thoughtful service. Ask and it will be done. We are anxious for our next visit.

We had the most incredible stay, all thanks to the above and beyond service of the hotel staff, ESPECIALLY the hotel concierge, Angel. After nearly a decade a part, we came together and Angel and the team ensured our reunion was as memorable as it could be. Not only did he help us to select the best room, to prepare it for our arrival with a few extra surprises, he also helped us to secure transportation and tickets for various activities we were interested in doing. Because of him and the staff, we consider the Kimpton Virgilio as a beautiful home in which to place our hearts- one we hope to return to over and over again. I love this place! The hotel is brand new and so gorgeous and full of greenery. The staffs are very helpful and attentive. We got a corner view room with big window and natural light. The whole place is trendy yet not too loud. It’s also located in the center of Polanco, which is both convenient and safe.

I stayed at this brand-new hotel for one week this March. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The hotel concierge, Angel Munoz, is supremely caring and attentive human. He made sure we had everything we needed from the very start of our stay. Ariel, who works in the rooftop bar/pool area brought us a gift of friendship after getting to know me in my daily routine of catching some sun and reading on the beautiful deck. One of the most surprising aspects of our stay was the delicious food. We had Aguachiles served from the rooftop area, of course, with a yummy margarita, and it was out of this world. We are foodies so please experience this for yourself. The hotel sits in the heart of Polanco and is walkable to so many area attractions including the Anthropology Museum and Ninos Heroes. The rooms are spacious and flooded with sunshine. This is a must-stay if you find yourself in Mexico City.

Sweet boutique hotel with a beautifully designed interior, but not a great value for the money. The room was smallish but very quiet and comfortable. There's no lobby to speak of, so you have to take your morning coffee/juice to go. The pool is teeny. Staff is lovely, and the location in Polanco can't be beat.

An absolutely fantastic hotel in a wonderful district in the heart of Mexico City. You cannot find a better location. And with only 48 rooms, it feels like a boutique hotel. Incredibly welcoming and professional staff at the hotel reception and in the restaurant. The rooms are new, bright and spacious with a tasteful and thoughtful decor. Don't miss the rooftop terrace, a garden oasis with a pool, cozy and romantic seating area and a great cityscape view.
