新鄉給人的感覺很親切，人民很熱情，人文歷史也很悠久，可以説不虛此行。最近一年到過“老家河南”的許多地方，鄭州、開封、洛陽、安陽、新鄉，唯一不佳的體驗就是入住新鄉賓館，入住兩天觀察到該酒店已經超出了自身接待能力，停車場管理混亂，入住客人的車都停不進去，雖然給報銷在外停車的費用，但是一大家子人帶着行李需要跑很遠。第一天入住把車停在了隔壁商場，第二天看到有了空車位，就去商場把車開了過來，可是車開進來後遇到了人肉佔車位的一對長者，蠻不講理，我車就在車位這裏不讓停，讓留給他們還沒進來的車，本人據理力爭，結果這倆長者還罵人，停車場管理員就在旁邊看熱鬧，無動於衷。反映給攜程，酒店敷衍似的打了個電話問了下車停進來沒有，然後就沒有然後了。大過年的遇見垃圾人，惹了一肚子氣，這是我唯一沒有打滿分的酒店，設施和環境都能克服，不吹毛求疵，但嚴謹的管理和服務會讓人的感覺更加深刻。
