Ulasan LUXURY BLUE HORIZON Grand Hotel (Xining High-Speed Railway Station)

Great location, amazing reception and nice decor. Only thing I could pick on was I wasn’t very used to the varieties of breakfast served and there was a few groups of tours during my stay and it could be challenging to get a table and get around the lift if you have breakfast and go out at the same timing with them.

We liked this hotel and the room was comfortable and it is about a 10 minute walk to the train station. The gym was located on the top floor. Our recommendation is it could be cleaner, especially putting the equipment on shelves instead of lying around on the ground. There were many places to eat around the hotel within a 10 minute walk and the market for the caterpillar fungus was right behind the hotel. This was very interesting.

The hotel has seen better times but is still a good place to stay, 5mins walking from railway station. As in most other Chinese hotels, the staff was not used to foreign guests but they were very friendly and tried to make everything possible.

The hotel was excellent! The staff are very friendly, there are plenty of amenities, and the quality of the room was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff of the hotel called us before we arrived at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk's service attitude was also very warm. The room also gave fruit and yoghurt. We also accepted breakfast and dinner time. The room was very clean. It was very close to the railway station. It was also very convenient. It also helped upgrade the room type. The northwest trip was very perfect. Next time I will come again.

We had a wonderful experience at the Luxery Blue Hotel. The decore is beautiful and the place is clean. The staff is professional and responsive. Manger William ensured our stay was comfortable and he continually went above and beyond what was required to ensure we had the best stay possible. He helped print off our documents for our next trip, and even helped us get our forgotten passport to the train station just in time. We are incredibly impressed by his communication skills, professionalism, and kindness. This place is a must stay when you're in Xining next.

We have had a lovely stay in the Luxury Blue Horizon. The front desk staff were all polite and extremely helpful, which was especially important for us as foreigners. The rooms were clean, comfortable and 5 star like for a much more reasonable price. The location is within a short taxi ride to the major attractions of Xining. Thank you for having us.

服務：一進門是熱情的大堂經理安經理接待的我們，為我們提拿行李，幫我們辦理入住，幫我們把行李送到房間，還詢問我們有沒有高反，需不需要紅景天，還給我們説了旅遊的路線，避免踩雷 設施：房間的設施設備完好無損，配套齊全，基本都是新的 衞生：其實最不愁的就是衞生間，藍海是全國連鎖的，這一點大家不用擔心 環境：房間的寬敞，沒有異味，睡着舒服，而且生意很好還很安靜 早餐的品種也很豐盛，味道也還説的過去 總體來説都很滿意，性價比高，下次還會來光顧，給安經理點贊👍👍👍

酒店就在火車站對面，位置很好，交通很便利。房間面積挺大，衞生也很乾凈，房間設施很全，居然還有小冰箱和保險箱，讓人挺驚喜的。酒店工作人員服務很好很熱情，辦理入住的時候前台小張免費為我升級了房型，服務非常好，點贊👍

酒店房間非常大，入住之後酒店還免費升級了房間送了一份水果吃，前台接待服務很熱情推薦了很多可以去玩的和吃的，下次再來還要來住

酒店位置火車站附近，地理位置很好找。昨天入住時房間有配送水果還有清明節的留言單，提醒了我們今天是清明節。房間衞生乾淨敞亮，因為天氣西寧吹風天氣乾燥問大姐多要了幾瓶水，大姐服務特別熱情，還給我們送了加濕器。尤其是辦理入住時前台的小姐姐笑容很甜美。房間給我們的安排的是陽面，温度適中住的挺舒服。

酒店位置優越，交通便利，設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服，前台小張服務很好，很主動，熱情。房間和圖片沒什麼差異，酒店小到針線包，大到掛燙機，竟然都能給我提供，而且是真的方便，強烈推薦！！
