Nice room with view from neighborhood. It's 30min walk from downtown but there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. I was the only guest during the 4 nights I was there, so not much of an atmosphere despite the nice social areas. The heating system (underfloor) works only in the night so it's a bit chill during the day. There are hot showers and possibly of doing laundry (10yuan a load).

I have been staying at Lete off and on since 2007, it is very much aged and could use a good overhaul, but price is good, staff is friendly and location is great.

Location is OK. Parking is not available and no AC. The common rooms are good, and there is a pool table! Good location for young people to stay and great view!

Really cosy interior and great for solo travellers seeing as you can book tours to the nearby Qinghai lake and Chaka salt lake.
However, I did have an issue with the lock on my door upon arrival which was speedily sorted out.
Overall a great place to stay

Its a great place to stay. I was traveling from xining to Beijing by train. The stay over time was more than 20 hours so I booked this hotel its near to train station and I slept there very peacefully and i did enjoy this place and hotel. Staff was very friendly and humble

Comfortable enough place. The staff are friendly even with a language barrier, and accommodating to your needs. The rooms are basic, but have good ventilation from being high up and easy to walk to many restaurants and shops nearby. Some of the other guests were loud every night when I was there and there wasn't anything done about it, they were screaming late into the night multiple nights. But I guess this is part of staying in a "hostel".

The three ladies doing the service are absolutely charming and helpful.

Stayed there for 1 night as I was just passing through. The price is right and everything was good for a hostel.
If you want to be right in the happening then the location is a bit out but nothing that can’t be reached with a bus in half an hour or a taxi even quicker.
Would stay again.
