Environment: The environment is very good, especially when the weather is good, the photos look like a fairy tale world.
Service: Urgently needs to be improved. 1. I asked if I could add an extra bed on the day of check-in. The staff said that I needed to ask if there were any beds available. After asking, I received a reply, but no one replied until 8 or 9 o'clock. I took the initiative to call and asked, and was told that there were no beds available that night. I asked again if I could add an extra bed tomorrow, and the reply was that there would be a bed checked out tomorrow, so I could add it tomorrow. Facilities: It was my first time to stay in a log ecological king-size bed room. I was amazed, especially the bedside and footrests and the stools. They were so impressive. The value of a person really depends on where he is placed, and the same goes for things;

The hotel environment is warm and comfortable, the bed is very comfortable, and the sheets and quilts are very soft. It’s a conveniently located hotel for airport and to travel to nearby scenic places. This chain has this odd, European baroque theme, which I always found quite bizarre, given the execution is actually very cheap and amateurish which is the exact opposite of the lavish, often overtly decorated baroque. What is even more odd, the breakfast is only Chinese food, not even coffee is available, let alone pastries or any food that one would associate with Vienna. No problem if it’s a Chinese hotel chain, but what’s the point of this bizarre baroque theme

Environment: I like the yard very much. The trees in the yard will probably bloom in spring. I like the tatami very much. The floor-to-ceiling window looks out onto the yard, which is very nice for making tea. If you have time, you can stay longer and experience it. It is very peaceful and healthy. The next guests must remember to lock the door to the courtyard, otherwise it would be embarrassing if other guests accidentally break in.
Service: For this price, it should be equipped with a butler. Contact the guests in advance to make a written reservation based on the items included in the room. It is too passive. It would be better to arrange a butler. No one introduced the room facilities and hot spring features, and we were left to entertain ourselves the whole time. When I checked in, they said there was a buffet, but at meal time they said there was not enough guests so we could only order dishes. However, the dishes were served quite quickly during the Chinese New Year and tasted good.

The staff here are pure gold – super helpful and always smiling, making us feel right at home. Our host was a total gem, sharing insider tips on exploring the area that made our trip extra special.
The location? Absolutely killer! Right in the middle of those jaw-dropping karst formations, we could step out for a morning stroll or sunset hike among the peaks without breaking a sweat. It was nature lover’s paradise meets relaxing escape.
Rooms were spacious, clean, and just what you need after a day of adventure.
In short, this place nailed it! With top-notch service and views to die for, it's not just a hotel; it's an experience that feels tailor-made for anyone seeking a personal connection with Xingyi's natural wonders. We can't wait to come back and relive the magic. Definitely recommend for those looking for a down-to-earth stay with a touch of class amidst breathtaking scenery.

OOlsenWhen you arrive at the hotel, you will feel very welcome and a high-end atmosphere. The homestay is run by a loving young couple, who are very good, kind, skilled in business, and polite in language. When you enter the room, you will find the hygiene is very meticulous, and the bedding is very comfortable - actually the best at any hotels we have visited for a long time. All the items in the room have been carefully selected for a good match and overall a very good environment. It really impressed us. The decoration is pretty good and cozy, everything is good, and it's worth the money and good even for longer stay. Breakfast is rich, healthy and good quality
The view to Wanfenglin mountains from the room and viewing platform at 2nd floor is great.
If we come back to Wanfenglin, we will definitely select Hidden Reading·Fengyu Scenic Resort again:)

SSan369As a Xingyi person living in another place, I have been looking for this place for a long time. When I returned to my hometown, I took my family to Yuntun as soon as I came back. I booked a 3-bedroom villa with private hot spring. The facilities are complete and each of the 3 rooms has a toilet. It is especially suitable for family stay. Although there were some minor episodes in the middle, the hotel service responded promptly and handled it properly. They also humbly accepted our suggestions. In short, it did not affect the whole holiday experience.
Because the advantages are too numerous to list, first of all, the environment of the hot spring public pool is very good, the high and low hot spring pools have their own scenery, a bit like a Bali hotel, maybe our check-in time is not in the peak period, there are few people and it is quiet, so the atmosphere is full. At night, I returned to the private spring of the villa, and the family had more privacy.
Then there is the children's playground, which is quite large. The children like it very much and linger.
Finally, it is a walking tour of the park. The scenery inside is simply too beautiful. You can take pictures as you go. You can see many plum trees and cherry trees. You can imagine that it will be more beautiful in the season.
In short, when it gets hot, I will come back to experience it again.

2. The cleanliness
3. The connection (with their guest)
Hechu Minsu gives me the best experience with all the above. Awesome stays with them!
Although they require a certain amount of deposit, look at the amenities and facilities, to me, it's necessary and it's refundable anyway. The quality of the stays come from a bad experience of the Minsu owner in other places, thus she set the standard with hers. Will definitely come back!

GGuest UserThe beautiful small courtyard is the highlight, I was attracted by the small courtyard. The service is average. Compared with the warm service created by ordinary inns, I only get 6 points here. 1. I didn’t pick up my luggage when I went upstairs; 2. The children’s breakfast needs to be bought separately. This is normal, but there are very few B&Bs that strictly follow the head count and are unkind. If there is no comparison, there will be no harm. 3. Park the car in front of the hotel. When I was riding a motorcycle to a scenic spot in the morning, I received a call from the hotel asking me to move the car. It was too emotional. When I got back to the hotel and drove the car, the boss said that if it weren’t for him, the traffic police would have posted several tickets. Thank you, but why? Why don't you give me a reminder earlier? That’s all I remember, after all, it’s been a long time

SSteven DowsonWe have been traveling in Guizhou and Yunnan for a month and this hotel is easily the best value we have experienced. The couple who run the hotel have put a lot of thought, effort, and good design into making the rooms and communal areas very comfortable and homely. Attention to detail is first class, they even offer complementary recyclable bamboo toothbrush, most furniture and fittings are made from high quality timber and some beams and pillars are very old - this creates a warm feeling throughout the hotel and everywhere smells of wood and varnish. Breakfast cooked by our host was simple but excellent - fresh corn followed by noodles and a small bowl of sweet soup with rice noodles, delicious! We were able to park next to the hotel, a washing machine is available. Entrance to the scenic area just a couple of km away. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

VVanessaMLocations is great and rooms are very nice (comfortable beds, good shower, nice terrace). Breakfast is only Chinese, but tasty and fresh. Staff is kind and professional! They helped us get to a nice western restaurant (“one day one night”) and organize a driver back to Panzhou. The pool is perfect, specially if traveling with kids (you don’t get the rice field views, but its good value for money (although all accommodations in the village are pricey). We enjoyed every single minute of our stay and would definitely recommend!

GGuest UserI had the attitude of giving it a try, but I gained a lot of warmth.
Came with my parents, aunt, and brothers. The room is large and cozy. There is a mountain view when you open the door. You can rent an electric car within a ten-minute walk. The lady boss took the initiative to tell us a lot of places to play. She even helped call the owner of the electric car store because it was raining and asked them to pick up the car when the rain stopped. The next day, he helped us bring breakfast because he went out early in the morning. Come and stay and watch~

GGuest UserOverall impression: clean and tidy. What I like most is that there is a small courtyard. In addition to flowers and plants, there are also loquat trees with many fruits, and there are mulberry trees within reach outside the wall. Sitting in the small courtyard every afternoon, drinking tea, chatting, and reading, it is so comfortable. It is only a few minutes' walk from Jiangjunqiao Snack Street, and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. You can walk, ride a bike, take a taxi, or take the bus. At first, I just booked one night with an attitude of giving it a try, and then I stayed for three nights in a row until I left Xingyi.
