"1. The hotel is very old, with decor that's over ten years old. Hygiene is poor; the bathroom lacks an exhaust fan, and the floor is constantly wet after a shower. 2. The toiletries are extremely poor. Since I was staying alone, they only provided one toothbrush. I brought my own, but no toothpaste. The towels were yellowed and frayed; I always use my own. 3. The hotel charges for tissues in the room. I've never seen a hotel charge for tissues before. 4. There was no hairdryer, no TV, the air conditioner remote was broken, and the air conditioner was very noisy. 5. The electric blanket was placed under the sheet, and the comforter inside was yellowed, like diaper pads—it was disgusting. 6. There was absolutely no service awareness.
