Any car passing by on the road at night will make a lot of noise, which seriously affects sleep. The hot water comes too slowly. I wanted to take a shower, but I couldn't take a shower at this temperature. Maybe the hotel is relatively new, the occupancy rate is not very high, and the boss saves costs in various ways. The breakfast is really a bargain, with few samples, and it is basically cold."

"It's a newly opened hotel and the room environment is good. However, something bad happened when I was staying with an elderly person and a child. At almost 10 o'clock in the evening, the waiter led a group of male policemen to knock on the door. After the child opened the door, a group of male policemen immediately forced their way into the room to check their ID cards. The waiter did not remind the adults in the room to put on their clothes. After covering myself with quilt, my mother and I were sleeping in bed, and we were frightened. When I asked the hotel afterwards, the hotel said that the police would enter the room at any time to randomly check ID cards, and we had to cooperate. What was even worse was that the power was out all night the next night. After a busy day, I had to climb 5 flights of stairs, couldn't take a shower, and it was dark when I went to the toilet. Even though the hotel has engines, it doesn't generate electricity, and the corridors are dark. I hope that the store can effectively improve its business capabilities and safeguard the rights and privacy of its customers. "1. The hotel is very old, with decor that's over ten years old. Hygiene is poor; the bathroom lacks an exhaust fan, and the floor is constantly wet after a shower. 2. The toiletries are extremely poor. Since I was staying alone, they only provided one toothbrush. I brought my own, but no toothpaste. The towels were yellowed and frayed; I always use my own. 3. The hotel charges for tissues in the room. I've never seen a hotel charge for tissues before. 4. There was no hairdryer, no TV, the air conditioner remote was broken, and the air conditioner was very noisy. 5. The electric blanket was placed under the sheet, and the comforter inside was yellowed, like diaper pads—it was disgusting. 6. There was absolutely no service awareness. I stayed for six days, and the water was cut off every morning when I went to wash up—this happened three times.
