The hotel charges for tissues in the room. I've never seen a hotel charge for tissues before. 4. There was no hairdryer, no TV, the air conditioner remote was broken, and the air conditioner was very noisy. 5. The electric blanket was placed under the sheet, and the comforter inside was yellowed, like diaper pads—it was disgusting. 6. There was absolutely no service awareness. I stayed for six days, and the water was cut off every morning when I went to wash up—this happened three times. There was no front desk phone in the room, and no one answered the customer service hotline. 7. The old room is one thing, but the cleaning staff rinsing the mop in the sink was disgusting."
