During my check-in, a staff member named Sweety was incredibly helpful. Although she wasn’t specifically in charge of the check-in service, she took the initiative to assist me, allowing me to get my room earlier without having to queue at the counter. Her proactive approach truly stood out. Overall, my stay was excellent. The room was in great condition, and all the hotel staff were very friendly, especially those at L26. Compared to my experiences at Marriott hotels in other countries, this was by far the best.

I have never had the habit of commenting, but this stay left a deep impression on me. The service of the lady at the front desk was very good, with warm greetings! The two rooms we stayed in were also very clean. The view of Xinglin Bay was pleasant. When I opened the curtains in the early morning, a ray of sunlight shone on my face, and all my tiredness disappeared at that moment. I like the lobby of the Grand Sheraton very much. It is very grand and suitable for business people. There is a shared long table design, which is very convenient and reasonable, and different from the Marriott hotels I have stayed in before. Finally, I would like to thank Sherry from the guest services center for proactively arranging my two rooms to be adjacent to each other without my request and patiently answering my questions. If I come to Xiamen, I will choose this place again and try other room types. All in all, it was a perfect trip. I hope to receive such high-quality service next time.
