BBlindSmileThis was my second time staying here, and I chose the Deluxe Suite. The room was spacious, clean, and felt more like a serviced apartment—with a huge sofa that could easily seat 6–8 people, a proper living area, and a comfy king bed that made it easy to get good rest. The hotel has its own dedicated lobby for drop-off and pick-up, which made arrivals smooth and hassle-free. Staff were friendly and attentive. I was offered free breakfast, and they even helped with laundry by moving my clothes from the washer to the dryer and placing them at the counter for pickup—just let them know in advance. The food was great, with a mix of Western and Chinese options that were both delicious and satisfying. The location is convenient, especially if you're attending events at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center, and getting around the area is easy. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay. Everything was handled with care. I’ll definitely be back. 这是我第二次入住这家酒店，这次选择了豪华套房。房间非常宽敞干净，更像一个服务式公寓——有超大的沙发，能坐下6到8个人，还有独立的客厅空间，特大床也非常舒适，睡得很好。 酒店有独立的大堂接送区，上下车非常方便，特别适合带行李或打车进出。 工作人员非常友善且乐于助人。他们为我提供了免费早餐，还贴心地帮我把洗衣机里的衣服转移到烘干机，然后放到前台等我来取——提前告诉他们一声就可以。 中餐和西餐都很好吃，早餐种类丰富，品质也不错。 酒店的位置很方便，去厦门国际会展中心非常近，出行也很方便。 整体体验非常顺畅和舒适，服务周到，物有所值。下次还会再来。

PPengguna AnonimLokasinya sangat bagus. Berdekatan dengan Metro Jalur 1, di sebelah kawasan bisnis Jalan Zhongshan, dan di seberang jalan terdapat pusat perbelanjaan. Dari lantai atas, Anda bisa melihat Pulau Gulangyu, patung batu raksasa Zheng Chenggong, dan Menara Kembar. Ruangannya juga relatif luas, bersih dan rapi. Secara keseluruhan perangkat kerasnya cukup bagus. Namun, saya harus mengatakan tapi. Layanannya sangat bagus. . . Hampir tidak ada artinya. Bukan berarti sikapnya buruk, tapi banyak detail yang memang perlu diperbaiki. Pertama-tama, konten bisnis. Di tempat seperti Xiamen yang sering turun hujan, sepatu sering basah. Namun sayang hotel tidak memiliki layanan penjemuran. Kita bisa menginap di hotel di kota lain di Provinsi Fujian. Faktanya, kamar sudah dibersihkan dan tisu tidak segera diisi ulang. Hanya dalam beberapa hari, tisu tersebut beberapa kali kosong. Banyak hotel yang langsung menaruh seluruh tas untuk digunakan tamu sebagai cadangan, namun hotel ini tidak melakukan hal tersebut. Yang ketiga adalah saluran pembuangan hotel, yang harus dibersihkan tepat waktu. Yang keempat mesin setrikanya, bisa diupdate gak nyangka kalau setrika ada papan setrikanya langsung dikirim. . . Saat ini, setrika genggam atau besi gantung tidak mahal. Hotel modern seperti itu harus tetap mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Given the late hour and festive season, we were concerned that nearby restaurants might already be closed. To our pleasant surprise, several small eateries within 50 meters of the hotel were still open, allowing us to enjoy a proper late dinner. It was a reassuring start to our stay. The hotel’s environment is comfortable and welcoming. The lobby features a bright, clean design with warm wood tones and soft lighting that create a calm, relaxing atmosphere. A tasteful display area and cozy seating space add a subtle blend of business functionality and artistic charm. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient despite the late hour. We stayed in the Premier Themed Room (Japanese Style with Sakura), which was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Upon entering, we were greeted by a beautifully designed Japanese-inspired interior. Warm lighting, wooden flooring, and delicate sakura (cherry blossom) wall art created a serene and elegant ambiance. Wooden partition panels and subtle decorative details added refinement, giving the space an artistic yet tranquil feel — almost like a small ryokan-style retreat in the heart of Xiamen. The room was thoughtfully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. A charming feature was the private balcony, which allowed fresh air in. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, dressed in crisp white linens. The mattress offered excellent support, and the pillows were soft yet supportive, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. All essential toiletries were generously provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dental kits, slippers, and towels. Everything was neatly arranged and well-maintained, reflecting attention to guest comfort. The complimentary breakfast was another pleasant surprise. It offered a good variety of well-prepared options, making it a satisfying way to start each day. The location is highly convenient, close to the Xiamen International Convention & Exhibition Center, with California Plaza Shopping Mall next door offering numerous dining choices. Whether for business or leisure, the hotel is an excellent option. Most importantly, the nightly rate was very reasonable and offered excellent value, especially considering the themed décor, balcony, full amenities, and included breakfast. The stay exceeded our expectations. We would gladly choose this room again on our next visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Highly recommended!

Booked ji xin room type and expected room not worse than photos and size and furniture as advertised in trip.com It's the first time I encounter staff kept telling me my room is a ”special offer” room at check in process when I didn't ask anything about the room. She was very friendly and even offered to usher us to our room. When we exit lift at level 9, she led us to a hidden stairs behind the lift. So no wonder she has to led us because the ”special offer” room was hidden. The wall and corridor looked different from the normal rows of rooms from lift level. When we went in the room, we realised it's very small but didn't immediately check trip.com photos and booking details. We put our bags and left quickly for dinner. When we returned I don't think the room matched what I booked here so I went to the counter and inform the same staff. At this moment, I understand why she kept using the words ”special offer room” when I checked in. Advertised pictures of the room type showed several different designs but all have space for table and chair. The room given to me only has leg space around the double bed and a low cabinet (height of stool) near the door. Shower and toilet are in the same space which means toilet will be wet when u shower. This room is 902. At the counter, the staff said I should have rejected the room at first glance and she doesn't have other rooms which looked more like the advertised rooms because I rejected too late. Her colleague besides her said the hotel has many different rooms. She said my room is ”special offer room” and they don't bother to look at my phone to see trip.com photos and listed space and furniture provided. I made the colleague look at trip.com room photos and tell me the type of room they belong to. To my horror, the staff sad those are Yi yue rooms and not yi xin. So I asked them if they are telling me that the hotel used yi yue room photos as advertisements to sell yi xin rooms. Then she became quiet and the girl suddenly has other room for me to change. Although the new room (also level 9) still didn't have the table and chair as per listed in trip.com booking details and photos but at least it is far more decent. Please be careful if you have already booked this hotel!
