Excellent property with 5 star amenities..very cooperative staff

Super friendly and helpful staff made our trip to Xiamen very convenient! The hotel is located down the road from a metro station and a short ride from the train station. The pool area also contains a hot jacuzzi bath and there is a dry sauna in the changing rooms. A variety of healthy options are served at buffet breakfast.

Very cleaning , large , and good decorating.. so in love .. Will be back soon..

Room came with a hand-written welcome note. The concierge was always polite and helpful. The gym and sauna are worth a visit.

It should be the problem of the management. All the staff have no sense of service. The hotel facilities are very good and the location is also very good. However, the service and management have been downgraded. Starting from the front desk reception, there is obviously no training, which is worse than that of a budget hotel. There is no clear service process. Customers' opinions are basically not listened to. They have to emphasize that you can stay or not. Look at the pile of bad reviews, and they don't see any adjustments. If the management is not aware of it, the guests will basically leave.

The hygiene is really bad. The dishes and sheets in the restaurant are too dirty. It's not as good as Home Inn and 7 Days Inn.

Stayed for three consecutive nights. The room was large, the bed was 1.35 meters long, and there was a bathtub. I bought a bath bag and it was very comfortable. The hotel sent fruits and cakes every day. It was convenient to take a taxi anywhere, and there were many places to eat nearby.

I booked a suite. The bed for the child can be turned up to be used as a background wall. It is also a business suite. The hotel is ok, after all, it is not a new hotel. The only drawback is that it is close to the road and the elevated road, which affects the sleep and is a bit noisy.

On the first day of stay, the lady at the front desk upgraded me to an executive king room for free. On the second day, I chose to stay in the original room. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the service.

It is equivalent to mainly accompanying the baby to swim during the Spring Festival. I went to the Eighth City twice. The traffic in Xiamen is not to be said. The traffic in the places where the scenic spots are concentrated is a mess. Fortunately, the bus station is right at the door of the hotel. The bus almost goes directly to the Eighth City, of course, it can also go directly to Zhongshan Road and the pier. So you don't have to live near the scenic spots when you come to Xiamen for tourism. Try to take the bus when you come to Xiamen on holidays. In addition, you must remember to make an appointment in advance, otherwise you can't go anywhere. In addition, I don't care. There are 50,000 or 60,000 people crowded on Gulangyu Island these two days. What else can there be fun. No matter how beautiful Xiamen University is, can it be more beautiful than the Botanical Garden? It’s better to sleep in the hotel and go to the Eighth Market to eat something.
