Ulasan Atour X Hotel Ferry Terminal Zhongshan Road Xiamen

This Atour hotel is considerably old compared to all the others I have been to, the room is definitely too small and tight for two people and cleanliness was poor.

The hotel is good but the room needs more cleaning. The location is great and the fron desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

It was a good stay, the service was good and helpful the room was good and the area is very convenient

we booked and PAID for 2 nights, hotel staff still call us after the 1st night,in the middle of our excursion to confirm that we are staying for another?😟 what happen to checking the system before interrupting customer ? front desk seem unsure about things

First time staying in this hotel. Receptionist was swift in checkin in process. Clean room and toilet. Toiletries and one time use-pack were all new and stocked up. Would highly recommend. Super B services. Felt better than many other 4-5 stars hotels. Did laundry, they would assist us in drying our clothes when we weren’t around. fold and bag our clothes into the laundry bag once done. Im thankful for this extra service.

Not so convenient as o train station around. May require 10mins of walking to the nearest train station.

Services are up to expectation will recommend to friends.

Location is nothing special. Breakfast is okay and the hotel is well kept and clean. Stuff also very nice and helpful!

酒店的位置很好，離輪渡碼頭非常近，中山路中華城也是步行可達的距離，周邊吃飯喝奶茶都非常方便。廈門最近下雨，打掃阿姨在入住之前已經開門窗散味打開空調除濕了。點名表揚前台嘉宜小姐姐，熱情有禮，給升級了房間，專門選了一間安靜一些的。晚上還有免費的粥和小菜。下次還會選擇

地理位置好，到哪裡都很方便，前台服務態度熱心周到，耐心幫助客人，解決旅途中的問題，餐廳餐食也很豐富，特別感謝前台人員嘉琪，在他的熱心幫助下，家人的住宿體驗非常好

位置在主街後面一條小街裏，住過的最小的一間亞朵，房間很小，20寸的箱子打開就沒法過，用品一般，就一家普通經濟酒店，怎麼標到4，五百一晚的價值，完全不匹配，隔音差到不行，隔壁房間講話就像在旁邊一樣，晚上1點多2點還有人大聲説話開關門，早上6點多又開始吵，根本無法休息，本來訂了4天，衹住了一個晚上第二天一早起身換酒店，5星酒店才4百多，比亞朵好得不止一點。
