**Amazing Value and Perfect Location!** I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed! The value for money is incredible—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained rooms that exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything spotless and well-organized. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s in a convenient area just a short walk from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local cuisine. What truly made my stay special was the owner. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Their helpfulness and warm hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel right at home. I really enjoyed my stay—out of all the places I’ve been in Xiamen, this is my favorite. The staff is amazing, always ready to help with any questions (and if you don’t speak the language, a translator works just fine). The location is fantastic, with plenty of food options nearby and the beach not too far away. The hotel is spotless and has everything you need. A big thank you for the early check-in, room upgrade, and all the assistance! Great value for money. I’m usually someone who loves exploring new places and rarely returns to the same spot, but this hotel is an exception—I would love to come back! P.S. In the evening, you can hear lovely live music outside—it felt like having a private party without even going out! P.S.S. Separate thanks for the water dispenser—it’s so nice to be able to refill my water bottle on my own.

A very good stay experience! On the first day, the lady boss upgraded our room for free and explained many things carefully. The room is clean and bright, and the soundproofing is pretty good. I wasn't woken up at night. The room was clean, with clean quilts and bathrooms. You can go out and get water anytime within two steps, and there's a washing machine upstairs! Everything is convenient. The boss lady is very nice. If you have any questions, you can contact her directly through WeChat. She helped us collect express deliveries and get toothpaste. It was raining when we were leaving, and the boss lady gave us an umbrella. I was so touched 😭. ㊗️The boss lady’s business is booming and the money is rolling in! I will definitely come to Xiamen again if I have the chance❤️

The B&B is really close to the Zengcuoan Archway! ! ! As soon as you go out, you will find the bus stop and taxi station! ! ! The alley is only a short distance, and we all agree that it is very convenient! Moreover, it is very close to the stores in Zengcuoan. We checked in at the nearest Ashin Toast, Mushroom Legend, and Wulan Satay Noodles, and basically all of them were successful. The auntie was also very nice. She told us everything we needed to know before we checked in. She asked us every day if we needed to take out the trash, and before we left, she cleaned every room twice! The hygiene is impeccable! There is a terrace for hanging clothes, and the laundry detergent and washing machine are very convenient. The weather in Xiamen is so good that the clothes are dried quickly every day! If I come to Xiamen next time, I will continue to choose to stay here!

This is truly the most comfortable, clean and tidy B&B I have ever stayed in! Because I'm a bit of a germaphobe, I'm still very picky, but I really can't fault the cleanliness of this B&B. Even the towels in the bathroom are free disposable towels and disposable toilet mats. The landlady is also very enthusiastic in recommending travel routes and delicious shops! Who knows, the joy of riding a battery car at the beach the next day to watch the sunrise (it does get cold in winter), and the romance of watching the sunset in Zengcuo'an! !
