Location was great but service was quite terrible. Our first night, we encountered some rowdy customers next door in the wee hours of the night, but the staff took a while to intervene and did not offer any compensation even though we were directly affected. The same night the projector fell, but the staff refused to change our room without a projector even when this was already presented a safety hazard, claiming that there were no rooms when there were multiple available rooms. Will not recommend unless you're willing to tough it out with the staff, there are nearby hotels with similar price as well.

location is very perfect, but the housekeeping is really need to improve, rubbish never clear, toilet paper never put extra, hot water is not consistent , is suddenly come to be very hot and suddenly cold , cannot take the bath very well, scare later water very hot.

I think the location is very ideal. It takes around 15 mins to get here from Xiamen station and basically very convenient to every sight seeing spots in the city. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and historic buildings in the nearby area. Night market is also within close walking distance. Hotel is new and clean, staff is helpful and friendly. Photographer is also professional and we have chosen and brought home some beautiful pictures. I have recommended my friends to stay in this hotel if they visit Xiamen in the future.

Hotel is very new and clean. Room is spacious. There’s no breakfast provided but food is accessible everywhere due to strategic location near Zhongshan rd. Very friendly concierge service and provide refreshments for guests. Refreshing and relaxing after a tired journey from outside.

The hotel is new and stylish located at a very prominent location. Just a few minutes walk to 中山路. Many restaurants nearby. The room is big. However just that sometimes the it's quite noisy at night when other people come back to hotel. Other than that, everything's great.

Overall location and design/ interior are quite good, however there’s some water seepage issue in the bathroom & bathtub.

The room is good, clean and hygienic. It is close to the Eight Markets. Except for the noise, I can't stand people chatting at the door at 7 or 8 in the morning. Everything else is good. The facilities are also good. You can cast the screen to watch what you want.

We booked a terrace king room with friends and were very satisfied with the stay. The sanitation was very clean and the elevator required a card to go upstairs. The hotel gave us afternoon tea, breakfast, souvenirs and photography services. The attitude was enthusiastic and very satisfactory. There was a small refrigerator and a projector in the room. The environment was very good and the decoration style was beautiful. Recommended!
