This is a great hotel majestically located beside a subway station and opposite a street food heaven and shopping complex. This hotel is dated but it exudes greatness and warmth. All the hotel staff are very friendly, helpful , accomodative and radiates good attitude. The rooms are well decorated, spacious well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was superb, the restaurants serve anthentic Contonese dishes and dim sum, while the fusion grill house serves great pirk chops. Looking for to bring my family to stay here during our holidays

It’s a pretty old Hotel, which you can feel and smell! We booked Executive Suite with balcony or terrace- we were told there are no balcony’s- but there are! The air conditioning did not work in one of the suites, so we had to move to a smaller one! Mini-Bar was empty.The dinner time in the lounge is too short- only 2Hours- everything is cleaned and closed exactly after 2Hours!!! The bar was closed before 10pm even though it was supposed to be open till 11 pm! The housekeeping was very good and the service very quick! Breakfast is a huge variation of everything!

This Sheraton is very new and the service is very good. Before check-in, a dedicated staff will contact you to inquire about your needs and respond promptly to any needs during the stay. Facilities: Overall good, very new Hygiene: Hygiene is also very clean Environment: In Chanba, overall good Service: The WeChat lady is very nice and responds promptly The only suggestion is to prepare more earplugs, as they ran out in the middle of the night. I finally bought some in **. There is still some noise near the high-speed rail (I am sensitive to sound)

The hotel environment is very good, the staff is friendly and the service is thoughtful, and every place is clean and tidy. It takes half an hour from Xianyang Airport to the hotel without traffic jams, and the transportation is also very convenient. There is a cloud bar nearby, and it is only one road away from Huanpu Science and Technology Park. The room supplies are complete, the bedding is clean and comfortable, the toiletries are very good, and I personally like the fragrance very much. The breakfast offers a variety of Chinese, Western and local specialties. There is no repetition every day during a week-long business trip. In the middle, I invited friends to eat in the Chinese restaurant, the service was thoughtful, and I tasted local specialties.
