My wife and I decided to visit Xi'an for her birthday from November 30th to December 4th, 2023, and we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt Xi'an during that time. In short, it is an exceptional hotel, offering super delicious breakfast with a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. For examples, the gentleman in the front door of the hotel always welcomed us with very beautiful smile, the lady who took care of our room every day, displaying meticulous attention to detail that never failed to surprise us. The employees at the Italian restaurant were exceptionally kind, going above and beyond to provide extraordinary care and respect. When they discovered it was my wife's birthday, they surprised us with a small cake, decorated our table with balloons, and even offered us complimentary cocktails. Furthermore, the staff in the Lounge went out of their way to help me arrange a surprise birthday cake for my wife. They decorated the table with great care and passion, and even presented her with a thoughtful gift and a postcard, sharing their kind wishes with us. I almost forgot to mention that they also surprised me by offering a birthday cake when I was in my room. So, we ended up with three birthday cakes in one night that gave us the opportunity to share our joy and share a slice of happiness with the incredible staff. These are just some examples of their great team of their staff. Without doubt, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Xi'an.

I usually choose Hampton when I travel to various cities for business. This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The environment is very good. First of all, the address is very advantageous. It is in the high-tech business district and very close to the place where I am on business. It can be reached on foot. There are also many shops downstairs, which is very convenient. Secondly, I like the decoration of Hampton. Each city has its own characteristics. This time I stayed in the style of Dayan Pagoda. I like it very much. The room is spacious and bright, and the bed is very comfortable. The sanitary conditions are very good and the facilities are quite new. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. I learned that I needed to get up early the next day. I took the initiative to ask if I wanted to wake up. It is very considerate. A packed breakfast with sandwiches, fruits and yogurt was prepared the next day. This hotel is very warm. Hampton is always the same.

It feels OK, it belongs to the apartment hotel, the health is good, the facilities are also very good, the price is relative to the surrounding hotels, the price is very high, the front desk is on the 12th floor, downstairs is Wanda, very convenient, breakfast is also good, give a gift, service attitude is also very good, especially Xiao Wang, Problem solving is very fast, recommended

Around the hotel, the transportation is convenient, and the subway line 6 is downstairs. The surrounding shopping, dining and entertainment facilities are all available. The hotel is elegantly decorated, parking is free, the rooms are comfortable, clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the bedding is soft and warm. The bathroom amenities are complete, the furniture design is simple but exquisite, the hard layout is reasonable, and the space is spacious and bright. Front desk service is efficient and welcoming

We had a detour at Xi'an and stayed for only 15 hours. This hotel was excellent in all measures for us and we only wished that we had stayed longer. Their location, service and overall ambiance we absolutely amazing. It gave a very nice techno vibe anywhere inside, be it lobby, elevators, corridors and room. The room was also equipped with smart assistant that was fun to explore. My kids loved the color combination of black and red everywhere. We couldn't use the gym and pool though they looked really nice. The only thing where I was annoyed was the entrance as my taxi dropped us outside since he didn't (try to) take the car inside, so I had to carry all my luggage from the road all the way to the room. But during my check out, the staff helped talk to the taxi driver and he came inside near the entrance gate.

During my stay at Mr. Wu's hotel the service was really good and the rooms were clean and very comfortable, has an elegant decor. I was impressed by the efficient check-in process of the hotel. They allowed me to check in early, at about 10 am. And also greeted with warm tea, even offered welcoming fruits. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. (I already checked out but wanted to travel around the city a little bit and they even let me leave my luggage at the hotel for 4 days without getting any money from me which was super sweet 🥰)

The hotel has a dedicated elevator, security is guaranteed, there are convenience stores, coffee shops, fast food downstairs, crossing the road is a large comprehensive shopping mall. The hotel is very soundproofed, the breakfast is good, and the dumplings are delicious. The hotel staff is warm and smiling. There is a man named Jiusi, who is handsome in the sun and provides us with good service and help. I wish him a groom officer and a happy life.

The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the automatic smart lighting toilet has a good experience. The service is thoughtful and welcoming, and the front desk lady will hold her fists and salute.

Drinking water is placed in the room. The main thing is that there is mineral water for you to take when you get out of the elevator. You don’t have to wait for drinking water. There are also a lot of snacks, fruit and small beer, Xi'an sour plum soup for backup. The overall experience is very good, and the sanitation facilities are also careful and clean. I like it.

The newly opened hotel, before I checked in, the hotel sent me a short message, reminding me of the temperature in Xi'an and the route to the hotel. It was really intimate. When I entered the hotel, the fragrance in the lobby smelled very good. The hotel was equipped with robots. It was very convenient to send things to the room. The room was very clean. The details are also very good, the soundproofing of the room is also good, very quiet, the TV is quite big, the TV picture is also very clear, the hotel provides invoices, the hotel service is also very good, help me solve a lot of problems in Xi'an travel, recommend this hotel to everyone!
