Hotels in West Gate Airport Bus/Tumen Area, Xi'an

Front desk service: professional and enthusiastic, the two young ladies are very professional. 👍. Room facilities: comfortable bed, ok hygiene, medium size room, smart toilet lid is good. But the central air conditioning is a bit noisy. Breakfast: bad review!! I bought a breakfast package for convenience. But the breakfast service is not as good as some hotels that give away free breakfast. I can understand that the variety is limited, but why don't you replenish the food in time for just a few types? I arrived at the restaurant at 8:30, much earlier than the meal collection time of 9:30. But there are already several dishes at the bottom, especially fruits, which are gone. I think there are only five or six guests in the restaurant, so there is no reason not to supply them. Secondly, you can't pack up even if you pay for a meal coupon! My companion was resting and couldn't come to the restaurant. After I finished eating, I said I would use another meal coupon to pack up one. The staff came out of the kitchen and told me that I couldn't pack up and could only eat it myself. I have stayed in hotels of all levels from Hilton to Express Hotel, and I have never encountered a time when I was not allowed to pack up breakfast. They even took the initiative to provide you with lunch boxes, food plastic bags, etc. to help you pack. The breakfast was not good from the food to the service. I didn't eat it the next day. I saw many reviews mentioned that the breakfast needs to be improved, but I don't think the hotel cares too much.

The hotel was great. It's location was very close to the city wall. The staff were really nice and kind. The room was clean. One thing for the hotel to improve: isn't better to completely separate the toilet from the corridor? I mean, of course it has a door, but it is open in the top of the door, and the door of toilet is not completely confined (So you can hear anything and smell anything😅.) Other than that, this hotel is great and if I come back to Xian, I will book it again. I also recommend this hotel for sure.

Both front counter staff and the cleaner all are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The lobby is cleaned very carefully every day and the cleaner helps to keep the room tidy and neat, with new towels and toilet paper available daily. Furthermore, the counter staff has helped with problems with a calm and patient attitude, for example, helping with location problems for booking a car to certain destinations as well as giving suggestions for restaurants for meals. The additional evening snack （雪茸银養）was free, delicious, healthy, not too sweet and suitable for all ages. Moreover, the coffee break was delightful, their coffee was great and their accompanying cookies had a flowery fragrance. Thank you 😊

An Unforgettable Stay – Perfect in Every Way! Our stay at Xi’an Guangcheng Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and we were even offered a complimentary upgrade to a room with a stunning city view.   The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like the high-quality toiletries and the daily housekeeping service.   The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a great variety of options. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, with fresh pastries, made-to-order omelets, and a wide selection of fruits and juices.   Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t have been better. It was within walking distance of major attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The concierge was also very helpful in recommending local activities and arranging transportation for us.   What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive. A special shout-out to Ms. Zhang at front desk who made our stay extra memorable with their warmth and attention to detail.   We can’t recommend Xi’an Guangcheng Hotel enough and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Xi’an, China!

位置:離安定門地鐵很近，走幾分鐘就到了，而且周邊便利店，飯館眾多，吃飯和購物都很方便。 服務:服務很好，有求必應，每天保潔都主動詢問你是否需要打掃，而且每次打掃都會幫你把床鋪呀，衣物這些收拾好的，很貼心。 公共環境：獨的一棟樓，不是很別的酒店共用的，這點很好，大廳和過道衞生保持很好，敞亮無異味。 房間:全屋智能家電，馬桶也是智能馬桶，使用很方便，平時上床了不想關燈的話，呼叫一下小艾同學就可以了，房間也異味，也沒衞生死角，床也是那種乳膠床墊，睡起很軟很舒服，隔音也不錯，因為窗台對着的是裏面小區，每天睡覺都睡得很安穩，沒有被吵醒過。 總結:我們出來旅遊的，本來説住一晚上看下體驗如何，但感覺不錯，就沒有再換其他酒店，無論説是從位置，還是説酒店質量來説都是讓我感到舒適，總得來説，物超所值，很值得推薦。下次再來西安的話，還是會選擇這裏！！！

This is a great hotel in most ways. It is very convenient to the Xi'an metro! The breakfast is good. The front desk service is great. The laundry machines work very well. The rooms are adequate and clean. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing. People in the hallway sound as if your door is open. People walking or moving chairs in the room above are easily heard. If you are a sound sleeper, this hotel is excellent. If not, it is good.

Must give the front desk of this hotel a thumbs up! When I checked in, I encountered a sudden rainstorm, and I was soaked with my luggage. The front desk lady immediately handed over hot towels and ginger tea, and took the initiative to help carry the luggage, which instantly dispelled the fatigue. The efficiency was super high when handling the procedures, and I also explained the breakfast time and facilities usage carefully. I learned that I was on a business trip and specially recommended a quiet room type. I accidentally left the room card in the middle of the restaurant. After calling, the staff sent it to the room in 5 minutes. The service was too intimate! The sanitation is also very clean, the sanitation is also possible, the whole smile service, professional and enthusiastic, this home away from home experience is unforgettable, must be praised!
