A great location and very helpful staff. The breakfast was great and the laundry service was very helpful!

Not a good option for the price bracket, much better Hotels available near this, the hotel was not clean and smell and dirt everywhere, thought not Ibis group (may be duplicate?) only ok was the location and room- rest ALL only bad as experienced, stayed for a day with family. no proper cleanliness even food area, selection of food was bad.

Hotel is good! Great location. Receptionist don’t speak English! However we managed it! Good choice!

Good location between two subway stations. Breakfast is ok, room was small but enough for just sleeping, very friendly frontdesk staff.

Location is good. Hotel room is super small but clean. It's acceptable when traveling alone. As a couple it might be too small. For the price you would probably find a better hotel but it's not bad either. There is no breakfast buffet, instead you'll get a quite mediocre breakfast delivered to your room by a robot. Since the staff can't speak English and due to some delays it took me a full hour and plenty of own initiative to get my breakfast. Also at 6 am there was some guy shouting stuff regarding COVID Tests with a megaphone.

The services is excellent but the cleanliness have to be improved. I booked for non smoking room but I still smelt the smoke. Hotel package tour is cheaper than buy from the application .

Best Customer service....super friendly. The room was clean the bed was good as well better than what i expected.Robot service was pretty dope too. Good Wi-Fi and free coffee. Overall i would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

The location was ideal since it’s located in central Xian. Very good if you want to go out at night to view the bell tower and also loads of bars and restaurants

Location was good enough, though distance from some of the more interesting places in Xi'an's city center. Metro stop is a 5-10 minute walk. Hotel was comfortable and service was acceptable.

經濟型酒店裡麪宜必思算是做的比較好的，非常值得選擇。 1、房間衞生不錯 2、位置挺好的，步行就能到鐘樓鼓樓 3、酒店大堂布置的挺好的 4、就是早餐選擇稍微有點少

房間乾淨，很舒適，房間裏各個細節設計的非常好，服務很熱情，也很專業，最關鍵的是地理位置好，離景點鐘樓和城牆很近。
