Ulasan Jinmao Hotel Xi'an Donwtown

Good hotel. Stay was as expected an everything went smoothly. Cleaning of the bathroom needs a bit more of attention and the breakfast could have nore variety of food. In general I would recommend this hotel and stay again.

The room is clean and spacious, every staff that we encountered all will try level best to assist even though there is a language barrier. I will recommend this hotel

Great location and convenient, lot of food places around. easy to navigate and walk ard different tourist spots.

We had high hopes when we booked online and thought it was a good deal seeing the image online, however as the adage goes 'seeing is believing' the hotel is not exactly what we expected. Things seemed an afterthought rather that planned when you take a closer look. English is certainly not there forte. We were offered transportation which later found out that we were overcharged by their norm (80 Yuan). Breakfast, nothing to shout about. All in all, would we come back......I don't think so, thank goodness it was a short stay!

Pleasant stay at the Jinmao. The staff and amenities are great. Location is perfect for the Muslim Quarter too. We used the gym and laundry. Rooms were a good size but you need to request nin-smoking if you don't like smoke.

a hidden gem in Xi’an!!!..reasonable price with a room that looks like a 5 star. But the best part is stores and night market is just a few steps from the front door of the hotel. Buffet breakfast is good Western and Asian and they have porridge and free snacks with drinks in the evening. Excellent location and service. They allowed to sore our luggages even after checking out in the morning to go on our tour. Thank you Jinmao Hotel Noel from Canada

Great location with the view of the drum tower. Very clean and hygienic and a great place to stay

Location is the best , just 200 m opposite the Drum Tower. Also, the traveller who carry heavy luggage should leave at the Guangjijie station (exit C), metro line 6 that is more convenience with escalators

Hotel is easily assessible to Huimin street, drum and bell tower. Train station is also conveniently 3 mins walk

This makes it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and immersing yourself in the city’s rich ancient culture. The staff are helpful. Carol at the front desk deserves special recognition for being exceptionally welcoming and attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, leaving a truly great impression. The rooms are immaculately clean and impeccably well-stocked every day. The attention to detail is remarkable; I never had to ask for anything because everything was already thoughtfully provided. It’s evident that the team here prioritizes their guests' comfort and satisfaction. Despite being located on a bustling street, the room is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, ensuring a restful and comfortable stay. Additionally, the in-house travel agent was efficient and helpful, quickly arranging my excursions and saving me a great deal of time and effort. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an.

Good location near bell tower and food stalls. Noises from corridors and of flushing water may be a problem

Hotel had everything we needed including some little extras. Great location and price, yummy breakfast with wide choice, excellent location near metro and eating places. Some staff spoke very good English which was very handy. Our room was big with a lovely large window. Tour staff were a bit pushy tho, always trying to sell you something.

Modern room with two downsides: quite loud as windows don’t close perfectly and toilet only separated from bed by curtain
