這家喜來登酒店整體服務還是很不錯的，就是有點老舊，前台服務人員態度不錯，附近環境比較安靜，隔音效果好，利於睡眠，另外，酒店點餐配送速度快。

🧹衞生：房間太陳舊了，有股發黴的味道。浴巾和床被也挺舊了
🔔服務：挺一般的，感覺像是假的喜來登。讓我們等着打掃房間，打掃完了還不喊我們，等了半個多小時。
冰箱裏啥也沒有，水都很廉價。
房間除了大，也沒啥。洗手間太差了。不值得來。

Booked last minute and couldn't get a room with a queen bed. while checking in I asked if there were any rooms that had a queen bed available. Cecelia from reception kindly upgraded us to a family room which was very spacious and comfortable.
we just stayed one night so didn't experience all of the amenities but we were very satisfied with our stay. friendly staff, English speaking, which is always a bonus for us as foreigners and clean comfortable rooms.
only about 4 km from the bell tower, city wall and Muslim quarter (about 10-15min by car due to traffic).
I would confidently recommend the Sheraton to friends visiting Xi'an.

Hotel is located in the west of the city, 20mins drive from the Xian wall (with traffic). Reception desk is very helpful and friendly. Dinner buffet is a great mix of eastern and western cuisine.
Swimming pool is super busy as it offer public swimming lessons, choose either early or late for a quiet swim.

萬豪旗下的喜來登，幾十年如一日，一如既往的讓人感覺賓至如歸！感慨，這麼多年，服務品質，酒店設施，管理細節都還是讓人驚歎的好，總機服務員小唐不厭其煩的為我解答，前台小王熱忱高效接待，手工點贊！👍遺憾忘帶泳衣，下次在入住體驗泳池！

酒店雖然算是比較老舊的傳統酒店，但整體上還是保持着五星級酒店該有的東西。
餐飲：套餐內含有早餐，晚餐以及行政禮遇。早餐晚餐都馬馬虎虎，跟威斯汀等其他同級別的酒店比起來差距還是蠻大的，食材比較少，味道也很一般，甜品竟然是直接買的現成品，口感很一般。入住時行政酒廊沒有開放，所以也沒有試到，酒店也沒有給補償什麼。
住宿：套房整體比較寬敞，但是衞生間很小，淋浴間很不套房。衞生做的挺好的，不會因為老酒店而給人舊舊的感覺，也會有開夜床服務，給人比較温馨的感覺。

It’s a pretty old Hotel, which you can feel and smell! We booked Executive Suite with balcony or terrace- we were told there are no balcony’s- but there are! The air conditioning did not work in one of the suites, so we had to move to a smaller one! Mini-Bar was empty.The dinner time in the lounge is too short- only 2Hours- everything is cleaned and closed exactly after 2Hours!!! The bar was closed before 10pm even though it was supposed to be open till 11 pm! The housekeeping was very good and the service very quick! Breakfast is a huge variation of everything!
