Hotel Hot spring Xi＇an

We stayed in the Angsana in late November. We are a couple with two kids 12 and 7, so we booked a family room with king bed and bunk bed. Overall, this was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly friendly, always trying to be helpful and even having this ”Disneyland feeling” of happily waving at you when you cross paths with them in the corridor. The room was really spacious and very clean, and the room service came promptly every day. Even the smalls detail, like the number of water bottles in the room (10 every day) made us feel comfortable. The hotel is as kid-friendly as it gets. From the cute decorations in the room, little shops, to the little fancy automated cotton-candy machine, every detail made my kids feel cheerful throughout the day. They even have a little train that goes around the hotel a few times a day; at first I thought it would be boring, but once we rode it, we were shocked with how fan and exciting it was! The facilities are also fantastic. We did not try the pools, but we went to the hot springs daily. They have pools all the way from 36 degree to 43 degree, depending on your tolerance to heat, and they welcome kids of all ages. As for the location, our only sightseeing goal on this trip was the Terracota Army, which are a short drive away from the hotel. There is also a mall within walking distance with restaurants, shops, and kids playgrounds, where we had some fun. In this trip we did not plan to visit the Xi'an city center, so the Agsana was perfect; but be aware that if you plan to spent most of the time in the city, you will have a long drive every day. Overall, this was the perfect hotel for our family vacation: both kids and adults loved it, and it was very close to main sightseeing highlight in Xi'an (the Terracota Army).

I am really satisfied with my stay at the hotel this time. The butler service is very convenient. Due to my schedule, I only came for one day so I had to go back and make an appointment for afternoon tea. Originally, I thought that it would be excusable for the afternoon tea to end so late. I waited until we arrived. It was already late in the room and we were preparing to pack our things in a hurry to catch the flight. Unexpectedly, afternoon tea was delivered. I was so moved that I cried to death. The breakfast was also very rich! I have already recommended Amway Hotel to my friends. I really love it. The service is really great.

Very good stay experience. We booked a private room with a big bed. The manager enthusiastically changed it to a villa suite for us because of the promotion. The two-story villa has a good environment and is very comfortable. It is warmer with floor heating. The store also gave us hot spring tickets for a family of three. There are many hot springs, and the overall experience is very good. In addition, the hotel service is also very thoughtful. You can arrange battery cars to pick you up in the hotel park, which is very convenient and the service is also very enthusiastic. An unforgettable experience, worth recommending. I was immediately impressed by the excellent service as soon as I stepped into the hotel. The staff greeted me warmly, made me feel welcome, and ensured my check-in was smooth and efficient. They even went out of their way to help carry my luggage to my room, which allowed me to focus on taking care of my kids. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We had a fantastic time during our stay, especially enjoying the indoor hot spring in our room – it was such a relaxing experience. The only downside was that we didn’t get to try the outdoor hot spring due to the rain, which is a bit of a missed opportunity. Hopefully, we’ll get to experience that next time. Overall, the hotel provided an unforgettable and relaxing stay!

Services: The hotel arrival experience was average; some staff members were friendly, while others came across as quite stern. The person who assisted with my luggage seemed a bit unfriendly, which made me hesitant to ask him any questions. The rest of the staff were generally fine, though. I appreciated the birthday cake and the decorations in my room, which certainly added to the experience. However, the overall warmth and hospitality from the staff were lacking. One moment that I found slightly insulting was when a staff member asked me if I had taken their hotel room pouch while I was waiting for my taxi to my next hotel. It felt as though they suspected me of theft. Additionally, the hotel did not provide basic amenities like a toothbrush and shower caps, and I was too fatigued from jet lag to request them. Fortunately, I had packed my own toothbrush. Restaurant: The restaurant staff provided a much better service than the hotel staff. They were polite and accommodating, in contrast to the person who assisted me with my luggage and drove the golf cart. His tone was quite off-putting, making him seem unapproachable and even confrontational at times. Facilities: The bathroom was somewhat dated, with some corners showing signs of mold. The room itself was a bit dimly lit. The highlight of my stay was definitely the private onsen and the performance of ”长恨歌!” 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Conclusion: The money spent was well worth it for the private onsen and the VIP tickets to the ”长恨歌” show! It was truly a fantastic experience and well worth seeing.

It is the only hotel in Dongda Village that foreigners can stay in. Everything is very formal, clean, and sanitary. There is also a parking lot with plenty of parking spaces! It is so convenient. There are all kinds of milk tea shops and snack shops downstairs. It is very convenient to do anything! It is the best choice for traveling to Xi'an University of Technology or the surrounding areas!

Jielu is in Lintong, so about 40 minutes cab ride from Xi'an North train station. We booked here as it's a short walk to the Terracotta Warriors and it looked like a nice rural spot in the mountains, which it is. Although we arrived after midnight, the reception was open and the friendly welcome. Rooms are spacious with a conservatory/terrace with views of the garden/courtyard and the linen spotless quality cotton and much-needed efficient heating. Breakfast was a selection of pickles, rice porridge, steamed buns and egg with tea or coffee. The right start for walking to the Qin Mausoleum and day of sightseeing. Food in the evening was from an extensive menu, good value and tasty (I had seaweed and egg drop soup with pork/veggie dumplings). Altogether a great location and everything you need for seeing the treasures of the Qin dynasty. Thanks!

The front desk staff was enthusiastic and considerate, and the check-in was quick, which instantly made me feel very good! The room is warm and elegant, full of details, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, which makes me feel very safe. The key point is his hot spring, the water is clear and clean, the temperature is suitable, and soaking in it will make you feel tired all day. The outdoor hot spring pool is surrounded by snow scenery, and snowflakes fall when you soak in the hot spring, and the atmosphere is directly full. The hotel's catering is also excellent, with fresh ingredients, rich variety, and super taste. There is also a leisure area with complete facilities, which allows me to relax. It’s ok, and you can also soak in hot springs in the backyard. There are four pools of size and size that are also good, the service facilities are very complete, family gatherings, and the activities required for friends and friendship can basically be met. Health ～ The yard is large and clean, the layout is reasonable, there are lawns, slate, umbrellas, leisure chairs in the yard look comfortable and tidy, the room is the same as the photo, they are very clean, the decoration is the kind of fresh and natural style, The light log color and white match are young and fashionable. Parking ～ Parking is very convenient at the entrance of the homestay and there is no charge. Disadvantages ～ 1. The logo at the entrance of the homestay is very unclear, the location given by the navigation is not very accurate, and the car has not been seen after driving. 2. Because it is in the village, I don't know if it is because there are more tourists during the 11th holiday or there are many people living in the village. At night, I can hear the sound of cars coming in and out of the car. If I fall asleep, the baby can ignore it. Overall, this holiday trip is quite satisfactory and very impressive. Some disputes have been resolved later. The place is a good place, the service environment is also good, there is a chance to come again.
