It was a pleasant stay during our last stop in china, the location centralised and room was very comfy. The bedsheets are very clean, we fell asleep shortly after a long day exploring city. Highly recommended!

Booked a windowless room type, to the front desk to ask if you can upgrade, the front desk helped upgrade a room with a window, the room is not big, automatic curtains. It is worth mentioning that their home is a hair dryer of Suifen, and the cotton fabric is also a carnation, which is a bit beyond expectations. Breakfast was late, and the health of the dining table and chairs for breakfast needed to be improved. There is also a room control that is turned off after the bedside power is turned off, and it is charged for a lonely night. But overall the price is quite high.

My wife and I stayed in this Manxin Hotel Bell Tower for 6 nights. When we first checkin, we found that the room allocated to us was very warm. We then opened the window trying to let some cold air in but found to be noisy outside where there were some renovation works in progress. We then complained to the reception and one of the staff attended to us immediately and got our room changed. We must said all the staffs at the reception in this hotel are very attentive, friendly, helpful and informative. Breakfast menus were reasonably good but mainly chinese menus. Location is good, about 15 minutes walk to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. Closest subway station is Beidajie less then 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The room is clean and nicely furnished. Toilet and bath are separated which is good. This hotel provides free self laundries services, the washer and dryer are efficient. This hotel is new, opened in 2024. Hope they keep it up to maintain the property well and if so, we highly recommended this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for our Xi An trip. The location is perfect—just a short walk from some tourist spots and train stations, which made sightseeing so convenient. They partner with a travel agency that arranged a day tour to Hua Shan for us. Highly recommend to use their tour (can contact agent 赵女士 from 中超旅行社) to Hua Shan, as ticket booking can be challenging for foreigners. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, but what really made my experience exceptional was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The front desk team was incredibly helpful in providing directions and local recommendations, and one of the staff, 张彤 even assisted with my train ticket booking last minute. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive.
