First trip to Xi An and I am so glad that I booked Sheraton as for my stay here! The room is fully equipped with all the things that we need. Location wise, it is very convenient with an underground train station just next to it. Scenic spots are also just down the road! Will definitely recommend Sheraton to others.

It’s a pretty old Hotel, which you can feel and smell! We booked Executive Suite with balcony or terrace- we were told there are no balcony’s- but there are! The air conditioning did not work in one of the suites, so we had to move to a smaller one! Mini-Bar was empty.The dinner time in the lounge is too short- only 2Hours- everything is cleaned and closed exactly after 2Hours!!! The bar was closed before 10pm even though it was supposed to be open till 11 pm! The housekeeping was very good and the service very quick! Breakfast is a huge variation of everything!

It takes half an hour from Xianyang Airport to the hotel without traffic jams, and the transportation is also very convenient. There is a cloud bar nearby, and it is only one road away from Huanpu Science and Technology Park. The room supplies are complete, the bedding is clean and comfortable, the toiletries are very good, and I personally like the fragrance very much. The breakfast offers a variety of Chinese, Western and local specialties. There is no repetition every day during a week-long business trip. In the middle, I invited friends to eat in the Chinese restaurant, the service was thoughtful, and I tasted local specialties.
