There are multiple exits from Zhonglou station. I tried exit B，exit 9 and exit 1. All of them are similar walking distance towards the hotel. The hotel is located on the “ground” level, underground level are made up of souvenir/drinks/snacks stores which you can easily access via a short staircase. The hotel is in between a row of little local shops. The easiest way to navigate is download Baidu maps and enter 宜必思尚品酒店(西安钟鼓楼回民街店) 西安市莲湖区. A public square right under the hotel comes to life from morning to evening with people setting up little stalls with a mat/stools selling little souvenirs.
