臨時決定來無錫拈花灣遊玩選擇平和民宿
總體感覺超級棒！
服務：老闆一家人都很熱情，車子還沒開到門口就出來迎接，看着很和藹的叔叔，笑起來露出八顆大牙，特別和善健談，給我們指引停車，老闆女兒是個很温柔的小姐姐，她的小女兒也超級可愛🥰
我們當天玩的比較晚有點餓了，老闆還給我們聯繫附近的農家菜，領我們過去。
環境：民宿整體風格是新中式，不像普通那種是精心設計過的，老闆跟我們説花很多錢請的上海公司設計的呢。
房間裏也很乾凈整潔，一進去就給人很舒服的感覺，床柔軟，我定的是1.5m和1.8m的大床睡的舒服。
設施：都俱全的，牙刷不硬，用的一次性浴巾，這個很好呀！還有沐浴露什麼看起來都很新都是有牌子的那種，衣架、礦泉水、還貼心的準備小果盤。
早飯：民宿裏有免費的早餐哦，雖然是簡單的一些中式早餐，但擺盤很好看，每個人一份準備的。
臨走時還跟老闆去他的天台參觀了一下，有種很多楊梅樹、茶葉，包括房間裏的茶葉都是老闆自己種的，跟老闆聊天下來就感覺真的很有文化內涵，有遠見有商業眼光。
説了這麼多優點還是要説點小小的不足，洗手間是玻璃的，在房間裏能若隱若現看到感覺有點怪怪的呢。然後民宿的地理位置不在路邊是要往裡麪開的，還會路過一段小路，在路過其他村民老老的房子是心裏都有點擔心呢，但是來到平和，瞬間心裏就平和了哈哈哈，總體來説真的很不錯！很推薦大家來！

There was no planned trip to Wuxi. A temporary homestay booked exceeded expectations. My mother was very satisfied. The door was amazing and super new. The decoration style of the whole homestay was very artistic and it was the type that young people would like. It is within 10 minutes' drive from Nianhua Bay Lingshan Giant Buddha. The breakfast was rich and delicious.

It was my first time booking an inn online. It was easy to find. It was very close to Lingshan Buddha and Nianhua Bay. The environment was very warm. The boss was very nice. I forgot to take pictures when I checked in, and I took a messy version when I left. . . The boss is very good, gave us a free upgrade to the big room, and also enthusiastically helped us send our luggage to the third floor. The room is spacious, the toilet is separated from wet and dry, and the price is OK. The society was afraid that he would not order dinner for him, and he would take it out directly. GGuest UserRelaxing one night stay with a friend, RSun was a perfect place to chill.
Thanks to the wonderful service from Turbo, smooth check in and room upgraded to a suite. His spoken English was good and he was very helpful during our stay.
The suite was huge, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean.
We made use of the hot springs and enjoyed our time there. We visited in February so the hotel and springs were not busy.
Food in the restaurant was delicious local cuisine. We received special dish as it was the last day of the ***** new year holiday. We communicated using a translator app.
I would have liked the downstairs bar to be open.
There was a good breakfast selection which was refilled.
I would choose to stay here again.

You get a 5-star environment, amazing swimming pool, caring and hospitable staff and a spacious comfortable room for the price that is twice lower than other 5-star hotel options in China. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for two days. Very good coffee and fresh juices at breakfast were a great plus! We were very grateful to the hotel staff for helping us with all our requests and will be happy to come again!

Location:
It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working.
Service:
We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back.
Amenities:
The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient.
Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

GGuest UserI wanted to stay here to have an opinion on it. Odd name first of all. The hotel had a good location. Close to lots of things. Check in wasn't that bad, but I could tell that they did not have tons of experience checking in foreigners, but they ended up doing a good job and were nice and spoke decent English. The hotel is a bit old. The elevator is not great but not bad. The room reeked of cigarettes and it hit me like a ton of bricks as soon as I went in. Not really the staffs fault as I did get a good promo deal and it did say smoking allowed, so I guess I should have known and stayed away since I hate cigarettes. The room was decent. Shower and bed etc were good. The towels smelled big time like cigarettes. I am guessing that someone had used and then they did not wash them which skeeved me out a bit, or maybe they just absorbed the tons of smoke being blown around by previous guests. This used to be a Jinjiang, I could tell because there were still logos all over. WiFi was good, breakfast was pretty horrendous. At least the coffee was pretty good. I had a decent enough stay but I would not return. There are far better hotels around with a similar or even cheaper price point.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very new. It has just opened. The service of the lady at the front desk is very good. The restaurant is being renovated and breakfast is not provided. The curtains on both sides of the room should be fixed. There is a little light leakage. There is a sound from the boiler or some electrical ventilation duct at night. I hope it can be improved.

AAnonymous UserThe location is OK, but the facilities are old. It takes more than ten minutes to drive to anywhere, and one kilometer to the subway. It is close to the road, and the soundproofing of the room is average, which needs to be improved.
