Ulasan Luxury Blue Horizon Hotel (Wuxi Huishan Wanda Plaza)

Excellent location and room . Only let down by an average breakfast . Would stay here again if in this area

Very card customer, if you drink more water, they give you more bottle of water, so nice!

This hotel is located near the factory I was visiting. Across the road are a couple of convenience stores, with Wanda plaza being a few blocks away and we didn't manage to visit. We did walk a block away to a local grocery store where we picked up some local treats and even stumbled across a good korean BBQ restaurant. The hotel itself - pros: I liked the room I was assigned, it was very clean, had a bowl of fruit, 2 bottles of water, teas and coffee, desk to work on, spacious bathroom and it didn't smell of smoke. Breakfast had lots of variety and was good/decent quality. We were entertained upstairs in a private function room with a 15 course dinner, which was excellent - service, quality of food and display of the food. I didn't use any of the other facilities so cannot comment. Cons: The mattress is VERY firm. They allow smoking in the hotel, so the lobby wasn't pleasant if people decided to have a smoke. Thankfully my room did not smell of cigarettes, although there was an ashtray and matches.

old style hotel and bedrooms, actually design to be a resort so guests are mostly groups of retired people with kids. Breakfast looks like canteen, certainly not quiet

Nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms, well equipped, helpful and very friendly staff, nice environment with garden. Good choice for stay in Wuxi.

The room was large and comfortable. The hotel is not really for the foreign traveler as very little English is spoken, however, I will stay there again the next time I’m in Wuxi.

這次入住體驗還不錯！工作人員都很熱情也蠻專業的，從前台快速辦理入住到禮賓主動幫忙搬運行李，每個細節都讓人倍感貼心。碰到擊劍比賽入住的人比較多，但是前台工作人員依然井井有條，入住時前台小樑還免費升級了房間，服務態度也很好，房間很寬敞也很乾凈，園林式酒店環境優雅舒適，很安靜，早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，很喜歡；下次來這座城市一定還選這裏！

公司有個會議安排在了這酒店附近，我看這酒店四周交通挺便利的，還方便停車，就住這兒了。停車位很多，電車充電樁也有，不過不算太多。酒店大堂很氣派，來來往往，住宿吃飯的人都挺多，辦入住很快，我們住的是C棟，在酒店花園那邊，還行吧，離早班地很近，適合我這種懶人。設施挺新的，衞生間很喜歡！是我喜歡的那種簡潔大氣，強烈安利對鏡拍！！！！超級出片！！！！衞生也很乾凈。退房的時候，前台的小姐姐還送了我水果和水，***的再想多拿幾瓶，因為我們人多，然後前台的那個小姐姐也沒有不耐煩或者説啥，吭哧吭哧就給我們去拿了！貼心的小姐姐姓過，特意記住了姓名，超級大方爽快～

最近家人來蘇州玩，然後我們周邊游來了無錫。黿頭渚還挺好玩的，因為晚上要去惠山古鎮，就選擇了這家酒店，離得近。酒店設施設備我覺得都大同小異的，但是這家的服務很好，從進門大堂處，就有禮賓，看你東西多，還會主動提行李。辦入住的時候，前台也會貼心的告訴你無線密碼，用餐時間。我一定要説一下，那天我大半夜外賣忘記寫房間號了，又不方便下來拿，前台的小過還特意給我送上來，一點都沒有不耐煩，太好了！

從高鐵站打車，跟司機師傅説這家酒店的位置，師傅一下就知道了，説算是惠山區比較大的了。房間寬敞明亮，設施一應俱全，還有免費的茶，咖啡，水果。床品很舒適，早餐豐富多樣，自助餐的種類很多，而且用餐環境很寬敞。服務貼心周到，酒店環境也很好，辦完入住之後前台小樑看我東西多還主動幫我拿行李

來無錫旅遊，因為想去惠山古鎮，所以就在惠山區找了個酒店休息。酒店性價比挺好的，房間基本設施都有，但是比一般的快捷酒店大了很多。不論是停車場還是整體，停車也免費，出門記得問前台掃二維碼就可以了。尤其表揚這家的早餐，種類超級多！！！！麪啊，餛飩，粥，豆腐花，牛奶麪包啥都有，那個麪的澆頭也不像其他酒店草草了事，有四個澆頭可以選！用餐環境也超級大，自助起來很方便。前台還有個貼心的便民盒，頭繩消毒紙巾也可以自取，確實很細心👍這個價位，這個服務意識，這個環境，不説和什麼酒店比較，我覺得性價比槓槓的了
