Good hotel. Very new and modern. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Pool area great and room service was perfect. Free airport shuttle which was a bonus!!
Très bel hôtel, situé à 10min en voiture de l'aéroport et 5min à pied du centre commercial de Bab Ezzouar.

Worst room service experience. BBQ Restaurant outside have a high standing and a very professional service, you should send your team learn from them! Worst customer VOC handling experience! yesterday, I got my diner 1 hour late! and instead to apologize, the guy blamed the shift changing time and that the before midnight team didn't register my order! today, after check in, I expressed my dissatisfaction, the guy at the reception Mr. Oussana promised to send the amenities and apologized for the bad experience I got with the room service, hence, he should apologize again for not meeting his word and engagement to well represent the marriott brand and his team! you should review your HR process on hiring people! I gave 5 starts dueing my stay last year, but now the hotel deserve only 1/5 for the room and the location!

I never recommend this for you!!! Because the room was not clean with a lot of mosquitoes! they offered to change it to a better one which surprisingly has no hot water in the second day Epired yoghurt in breakfas!! , which has very little varieties, Each time i complain to the staff but they are helpless The only good experience is the steakhouse

Service at this hotel is in general good but quite pricey bar. They serve local wines (not really good) to international prices!! Secondly they want you to buy expensive Belgium beers instead of local beers to get you to pay more. Be careful when you pay with because this hotel may charge you more than the bill, where some items not ordered nor served can appear. Also important to see that amount on bill is the same as you pay with credit card. In my case they suddenly charged more than the bill, when I asked they claimed that they add-on some fees, which was not agreed upon. Once I tried to pay with credit card the internet connection was down. This creates problem as it happens all time. I will not stay next time in this hotel.

Being a Marriott Platinum member i would Definitely not have expected that while checking-in they would tell me that “unfortunately” they don’t have anymore my room available and that i would need to be staying in another hotel near by ! After arguing a little bit and mentioning that i booked a room in this hotel it was because i wanted to stay there and not something else… After all kind of BlahBlahBlaj, they finally miraculously found one room available, and yes they have upgraded me to a Big Suite room ! However, it is not how a Loyal customer should be treated !! The Breakfast service was quiet a disaster honestly and again not the kind of service you would expect from a Marriott hotel ! Nevertheless, it seems that this is the “Best” You can get in Algeria…. Absolutely no recognition as a Loyal Platinum Marriott Member… The Gym was Big Enough for Kicking in a Workout and the location of the hotel is not bad, appreciated as well that they are providing free shuttle bus to airport.
