My complaint is that when I checked in at 6 PM, the room assigned to me had an obstructed view. When I requested a free upgrade as indicated on the booking page, the front desk refused, citing a lack of rooms. I understood and agreed to make do. However, when I checked online around 8 PM, all room types were available for booking that day… I felt discriminated against and mistreated."
