Friendly staff who were very helpful and attentive. Hotel was clean and in a great location for exploring Wuhan. Rooms were quiet and warm and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and extensive choice.

Great hotel and friendly staff. All the prime spots to see such as bagong building is walking distance from the hotel. The night market has lots of interesting items too. Should we visit wuhan we would definitely be back.

The ethos hotel is a great choice if you're planning a trip to wuhan! The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the "Bund" area of wuhan. We spent two days walking around that area but barely scratched the surface. The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable, albeit fairly small with a bit of a 'wasted' tiny balcony area and a tiny bathroom. The breakfast was fairly limited in choices but there are some classic wuhan breakfast options on offer so you can get your fix of reganmian or doupi if you want. The options were limited but they were quite tasty and fresh. There is a laundry room and a gym, there's supposed to be an outer deck, but it seemed to be closed when we tried to go outside, a bit of a shame because we wanted to see the view. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to

Nice hotel and convenient location. The room is a bit small, but the beds are comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was very nice and had a variety of western and Chinese dishes, as well as options for vegetarians and very nice coffee.

Fantastic location. Buffet breakfast. Car parking. Starbucks is part of the building if you are in direct need of an ice latte coffee. There are lots of things to see close by. Rooms are not the biggest but are comfortable.

Hospitable folks at the check-in. Location is great as it is very central. Facilities are well maintained Breakfast is okay. Note: For new Year countdown, the main road is blocked from ~6-8pm so you are not able to drive/ take a taxi in

Good hotel. Room is a bit on the smaller side, but it is very close to everything. The security man downstairs is very friendly. Can get quite noisy on Friday and Saturday nights.

Not a true international hotel or 4*. Breakfast needs better selection of fruit. Nothing western except fake dry bread. Elevator has no floor numbers outside, thus no idea how long the wait is or it's location.

Not clean, bedsheet got hair Poor service, receptionist was not helpful nor friendly. At end of the trip we left a sweater and asked for collect-pay courier. No action until we called and chased again and again. Disappointing stay
