This is an outstanding hotel, centrally located in Wuhan’s Hankou District, right next to Tongji Hospital. The staff is exceptional—especially Janet, the hotel manager—who is a great resource and went out of her way to ensure a comfortable stay. English is spoken fluently, which made communication seamless. The non-smoking rooms are spotless, modern, and smoke-free—an absolute must for me. I had accidentally double-booked one of my nights, and the staff graciously issued a refund without any hassle. Given the location, service, and overall experience, it would be difficult to find a better value in Wuhan.

Surrounded by high end shopping malls. 10 mins walk to metro station. Staffs are friendly and welcoming.

We stayed for a total of six nights. The first night, we felt that the room air-con was not cold enough and we asked for another room which was granted. A fan and a Wi-Fi router were even supplied to us. All in all… it was pleasant throughout. The front office were very friendly and helpful. Should we visit Wuhan again in the future, we will definitely stay in this hotel.

Good service, friendly people. Nice view, bright room. Next to a big mall. I enjoyed the pool and the spa. Food from the hotel is good.

The hotel is not new but the service has been the best we have experienced. Nothing is perfect but the people working at New World Wuhan is always there to solve it for you.
