Hotel bien ubicado, a menos de 5 minutos de la estación de autobús y a una cuadra de la de tren. La habitación bien calentita en pleno invierno, cama cómoda, toallas limpias todos los días, mesa de estudio amplia con un flexo. Eché en falta un enchufe en uno de los lados de la cama, el otro lado sí disponía de enchufe. Un punto muy positivo es que había como obsequio agua mineral, bolsitas de té y café soluble, además se disponía de tazas y hervidor de agua.

dobra lokalizacja ,w pokoju woda ,herbata, czysta łazienka, personel miły i pomocny ,parking na miejscu ,jedynie wykładzina podłogowa poplamiona ,i dziwny,nieprzyjemny podkład ceratowy na materacu łóżka ,hotel powinien pomyśleć nad innym podkładem ,bo czuliśmy sie niekomfortowo.

A good place to sleep for a reasonable price. It is not a hotel for the very demanding but it is tidy, has a restaurant and all the basic amenities. It is very well located in relation to the main tram and bus routes as well as national transport. We were there for a short weekend from Sunday to Monday.

Good hotel with good price. The room was clean, and quiet but one towel was a bit dirty, but it smelled fresh, i think it was something from washing machine, it's acceptable for me, because hotel was full. Staff of the hotel was nice, there was a good choice for breakfast, they had good and fresh bread. I would give 5 stars, but for now I give 4 because of the towel.

by a trip I stayed twice at the hotel--a pleasure! By the second stay I got even a better room, with bathtub. The room is simple, and the bed is comfortable. The location is very good, easiely to get in the city center. Good transportations around. The breakfast is really good. Just like the hotels in France. I would like to recomand the hotel for the other people.

It was good for the money! We read the reviews before hand and were a little worried what we were going to, but it wasn’t as bad! We had three rooms and we couldn’t complain about any of them! They were clean, and I think it’s been refurbished. The towels were a little rough and there weren’t a lot of plug sockets, apart from that 4/5!

The hotels core business seems to be short stay coach trippers and car visitors. It has a large car park and is a great stop for the overnight visitor. However, although I cannot fault the rooms in general I do have a few issues:- 1. The shower is in the bath, which is easy to get in and out of if you are a youngster, however there is no slip mat in the bath nor is the a grab handle to assist you with getting in and out, so if your of the older persuasion then you might find it difficult. 2. There is no fridge in the room. 3. Breakfast is at best average. 4. The bar can close early. 5. The rooms do not appear to be cleaned unless you put the clean handle message out for the maid. Mine wasn't cleaned whilst I was there...3 nights. I'm being super critical..but it's sn honest experience of my stay.

The room number 305 was very dirty. Not possible to walk on the carpet, mold growing in the AC, mold on hangers. When I asked for a change I was told that no rooms left, talked with the staff again at 8 in the morning as they asked, they said they'd definitely keep a room for me after 12pm and that I'd be able to get it when I come back from work. I come back to the hotel at 4pm just to be told there was no room left. I did exactly what they asked me to do to get a clean room and again got rejected. I wouldn't be able to sleep there another night. The problem was resolved after my Polish friend came to help me. I have a feeling the staff treats foreigners differently. I was disappointed and my stay was completely ruined.

The rooms were clean and nice, but the room had no chair, no towel for hands. Room for 2 adults and one kid got only one bed (no additional one, or no one big bed). For 3 people we only got 2 towels in total. You need to pay for parking 45zl/day even when you are accommodated here. Breakfast is also very poor for the price of it. You only get 2 paper cups for the room.

Bad experience. They made me paid twice meanwhile my company had already paid the accomodation. Nobody to explain me at the reception how to get the repayment. Still not repaid now. Bad customer care service.

Coming from the train station, it was painful to get here; without a local guide, not possible. Due to traffic construction, almost impossible with a car. But it is situated at a quiet corner. Small lobby, staff ok, but not great. Elevator did not work; my room was on the 3rd floor, looking out to the inner courtyard (lots of green). Spacious room, bed alright, though a bit hard. All clean, bathroom fine. Big tv screen. Plain room, no frills. Breakfast very nice, but standard. The staff was not good; tended to forget the spoons or salt. Wall to neighboring room paper-thin. The second night, a group of noisy men stayed there, terrible; talking loudly at 5:30 a.m.

Das Campanile zeichnet sich durch eine gute Lage relativ zentral (4 Straßenbahn Stationen zur Altstadt) aus. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und ruhig. Das Frühstück wusste auch zu gefallen. Die Preise sind zivil.

Hotel carino, si presenta bene: struttura nuova e moderna. Personale giovane, improvvisato, poco disponibile, insomma lavativi con picchi di insofferenza Ho perso la chiave della stanza la ragazza alla reception ha piantato una grana infinita sbuffando e lamentandosi Secondo giorno la stanza non viene pulita e viene lasciato un solo asciugamano pulito in una stanza doppia. Non viene fatto letto ne passata aspirapolvere. Men che meno il bagno …. Non vengono lavate le tazze ne lasciate bustine di caffè/zucchero per il bollitore in camera Pomeriggio, verificato tutto ciò, andiamo al bancone dove la ragazza ci dice che entro la sera avrebbe mandato qualcuno per portare asciugamani e bustine di caffè Rientrati alle 23 tutto come prima Scendiamo di nuovo , altra ragazza che non sapeva nulla di tutto ciò Ci da due asciugamani e ci dice che non ha caffè perché la donna delle pulizie si è fatta male Fatta male al singolare? Una sola? Hotel di cinque piani si ferma se una persona sta male??? Il caffè lo porta lei da casa???? Mi meraviglio di come il nome campanile sia caduto in basso Da ora in poi : mai più ! Assolutamente da evitare
