Amazing hotel and friendly staff.

Good location , easy to get to Holy Cross! Very clean Front reception- staff friendly

酒店在市中心，位置好；服務好，我們上午10左右到店，順利辦理了入住；房間比較大，乾淨衞生，無異味；第一天到一樓吃了早餐，17美元每人，加上税18美元多，早餐有熱麥片，麪包，水果等，品種不多，後兩天早餐就自己買了麥片、麪包解決了。

還是可以的。值得。

Anna was the person who checked us in, and she was delightful! We had a last-minute change of plans, and so we arrived late at the hotel; Anna made the process easy, and it put our minds at ease, as a result. Thank you, Anna, and thank you, AC Hotels!

We got to the hotel early & checked in. Got up to the room and they put us in a room w/ 2 queen beds. Problem is, I reserved a king w/couch. I went back to lobby & spoke with manager, Brandon, I think. He said that’s all they had - they were sold out. I asked him to clarify - it wasn’t even 3:00 PM, how could they NOT have a king w/couch room available? He said other people made reservations and they were sold out. I asked why my reservation was any different from anyone else’s? I was THERE and on the way to our room, literally saw housekeeping cleaning the room type I’d reserved. He kept repeating himself -they were sold out and since we booked online, I’d have to call them. I asked, why? I booked & selected my room 5 months ago, it should be available to us. Again, said to call *******, that I made the reservation with them and not their hotel directly. I asked him, don’t most people make the reservations online these days? Again, told me to call *******, and if they got a cancellation, they’d try to move us to a king room. I offered to wait until a king Room was ready but, again, he said no -‘sold out’. We went back up and called *******, the rep was very helpful and called the hotel immediately. After they called, it was resolved asap. Went back down to lobby and GM was there - I expl what happened and asked WHY mgr refused to give us the correct room? She said she’d address it, she wasn’t told we offered to wait. That set the tone and totally ruined our experience.

Room had mold on shower head. Also 2 dirty opened used water bottles under couch when we walked in

Staff were outstanding, front desk friendly, breakfast staff as well. The perks were very nice. But some of the maintenance (mold on shower heads, pink mold in shower, gym mats not clean) and breakfast and nespresso machine (quiche not hot, milk not hot). Comfort and the other staff went out of their way to make my wife happy. Overall 4 out of 5.

It was clean and modern, I would definitely stay there again! We enjoyed having the 110 Grill accessible just off the main lobby to have dinner, it was very good! :)

Very nice hotel. friendly atmosphere and the room was awesome. stayed one night for a show at the Hanover Theatre.

The room was not cleaned well. There was hair all over the place, crumbs and dust. The mirrors had hand prints and the floor had stuff caked on it.

Staff was very friendly, my room exceeded my expectations, very clean and convenient

The room was good except we found trash behind the couch and there was trash left in the trash can in the main room.

Everyone was helpful. Only issue was the noise in the lobby, had a hard time hearing during check in
