First room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Was moved to a second room that also smelled heavily of cigarette smoke when the AC was on (it was sweltering when I walked into the room). Was told they were booked and I couldn't be moved again. The smell of smoke makes me physically nauseous so I booked another hotel nearby. Unacceptable to ask people to pay money to stay here.

It doesn't matter that the hotel is small. But hygiene must be up to standard. This hygiene is extremely poor. Bedding and dirty. The key is bed bugs all over the sheets. Checked in for two hours. Checked out after finding bed bugs. Deducted 60% of my room fee Isn’t it annoying?

It's so, so messy! I don't want to recommend it. The staff also has a sour expression on their faces,,, I'm almost embarrassed.

Temporary stay is better than price

#negative #I was disappointed with the Nearby Shops, Hotel Smell, Toiletries, Nearby Restaurants, Nearby Activities; Close to the airport, old facilities. If you catch an early flight, prepare your own breakfast.

The hotel is clean and the receptionist is very polite.
