All the staff were great. The complementary breakfast was far superior to other places that I have stayed. The common areas were very clean and quiet. The decor was modern and appealing. The chemicals in the pool seemed off, the pool was cloudy. They posted that there was a complimentary reception from 5 PM to 7 PM weekdays but no reception took place during our stay there, not sure if it was covid related. Used the laundry facilities, they were very clean. It took 3 runs for my clothes to dry though at a cost of $2 per cycle. Quarters and soap available at reception. Total cost to do one load of laundry with detergent was $10. Very convenient though.

Water in shower would not get very hot and the temperature of the pool was way too cold to enjoy. Also it was 79 when we arrived in the room and it took all night to get to a decent temperature. Overall clean and staff was great .

We were in town for a family event, and many of us stayed here. Had an unplanned gathering in the lounge to watch the Ravens WIN, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility well kept and clean. Only negative the heating was a bit loud.

I really like the property, the suite, and the location, I was able to get everything done without spending a lot of time driving around. It was convenient and spacious but there was no staff available during the time of my checking out.

We like very much the Homewood concept. It allows our family to spend a nice accomodation with a very convenient location. It has been our forth time in a Homewood hotel. But in this ocassion the water of the pool was terrible. It had a strong smell of chemicals (not just the ordinary chlorine smell), and the sensation on the skin was awfull. Everything else was good.

The GM Caesar was very nice and informative. He helped us to find a way to make it into town to watch the Grand Illumination. The suite was nice and comfortable. My only issue was the tub needed better caulking so it didn’t look so outdated.

The location was great for what we needed. It was convenient for all the historical spots, as well as close to lots of dining options. In general, the staff was friendly and responsive.
These were elements that bring it down in my mind. The shower pressure was clearly too high to be contained by curtain and overspray went everywhere. The wallpaper around the shower were peeling back and were showing lots of mildew.
The breakfast was very bland and seemingly old. Even the cereal seemed tasteless, and our kids were not even wanting to eat there on day 2 and 3.

The property itself was clean & very close to Williamsburg. Stacy at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back. However, both hotel phones did not work. It took them a day to fix them. . We had asked for fresh towels and for our trash to be emptied which never happened until Stacy came in the next morning. Also when you offer a suite with a kitchen you need bigger trash cans. There were only 2 small ones which fill up quickly and need to be emptied daily. All in all I would go back!!
