Ulasan Aava Whistler Hotel

The hotel was clean, but crowded, the staff is not the friendliest, but the service was OK, the pool was small, and the hot tub was filled with people.

Concierge can be more polite and helpful.

Second time staying here. Probably won’t look elsewhere again. The property is well kept kept, modern, plenty of amenities. Secure parking directly underneath, which is where kept our snowboards and some gear, is a huge bonus. You cross one street and all of Whistler is within half a mile.

Excellent service

I've stayed there a few times. This time I didn't care for the pillows. They were too bulky and made my neck hurt. Regardless, its a great place to stay.

Nice hotel for a short stay.

Great location near village, good rooms and convenient underground parking. On ground floor could hear people walking upstairs but I figure that couldc have been ski boots. Pool and spa looked great but was too cold outside to try.

Great rooms, well positioned for village but away from the centre so quieter. Great ski/boot storage and hot tub was lovely. There is a gym too - basic but good enough.

Amenities, location, and parking is excellent. The property seemed well managed and great customer front desk service!!! Happy to stay here again!

Great location, spacious rooms, very clean, friendly and well run, good value for money

The rooms were not ready at 3:00. The first room we got smelled so bad. The vending machines were all sold out. They told me to drink tap water. I won't continue. I don't want yo waste any more time.

Good for the money. A little bit noisy inside though. Poor sound proofing

Great location. Clean. The bed was a bit beaten up. The coffee machine in the room did not work.

Good location with relatively easy walk to lifts. Staff was very nice but housekeeping appears understaffed (they are very nice though)
