Overall the stay was great. Room was clean and all staff except the one mentioned next were incredibly friendly. A fire alarm went off around 9:30pm on Tues 3/27 that required evacuation. Completely understandable situation as I would rather be safe than sorry. However, the front desk agent working at that time's attitude was not understandable. I understand it can be frustrating when something like this happens, but when another guest and myself approached him to ask if everything was ok he took his airpods out and responded "It is just a test." with an attitude. The other guest then asked "A test at 9:30pm? Why could we not have been told that this was a possibility?" This guest was not being "sassy" or rude with their tone, but the front desk agent responded with an attitude "Well, I'm telling you now." then gave us a look like we were dumb. Like I said, I understand he probably had been asked that question multiple times, but the attitude didn't make sense. The front desk agents that checked me in and checked me out were fantastic and incredibly helpful. Servers at restaurant were also great.
