The resort fee per room per night was a surprise. Especially since right now all you get is the ******. Pool is still under construction.

Overall the stay was great. Room was clean and all staff except the one mentioned next were incredibly friendly. A fire alarm went off around 9:30pm on Tues 3/27 that required evacuation. Completely understandable situation as I would rather be safe than sorry. However, the front desk agent working at that time's attitude was not understandable. I understand it can be frustrating when something like this happens, but when another guest and myself approached him to ask if everything was ok he took his airpods out and responded "It is just a test." with an attitude. The other guest then asked "A test at 9:30pm? Why could we not have been told that this was a possibility?" This guest was not being "sassy" or rude with their tone, but the front desk agent responded with an attitude "Well, I'm telling you now." then gave us a look like we were dumb. Like I said, I understand he probably had been asked that question multiple times, but the attitude didn't make sense. The front desk agents that checked me in and checked me out were fantastic and incredibly helpful. Servers at restaurant were also great.

I hate this hotel, I will never go back here, we booked room for 2 nights & they refused to give room service because they didn’t offer room service for 2 nights or less, is this a joke? Like I heard this for the first time, you keep call but nobody will answer at front desk, ****** here doesn’t have many tables each game has one table only. Terrible experience.

Sort of the ‘land of not quite right.’ Limited food options and bars/restaurants closed at inconvenient times. Most Gym equipment doesn’t work (except dumbbells😏). HUGELY EXPENSIVE food and drink. Price for room is great, room is nice, comfortable and clean. But since hotel is in a remote place and restaurants are closed a lot, plan on burring or driving a ways to eat, etc.

I didn’t appreciate the first night stay was charged on my credit card about two weeks before my arrival. Booking and Choice Hotels don’t do it. Also, my room wasn’t cleaned and soiled towels weren’t replaced with fresh ones. I suppose that’s the protocol with some hotels.

There is no breakfast available (except for Dunkin’ Donut). We checked in at 4:00 PM and the room was not ready (on a Wednesday afternoon). There were no hand towels and no bath mat in the room (something that even the lowest hotel/motel chain provides). We asked a housekeeper for the missing items and she said that they did not even have them.
I have never heard of a ****** that doesn’t serve breakfast.
Management needs to leave their offices frequently and spot check several rooms a day to insure that their guests are being accommodated in the manner they want to represent the hotel. If this level of service reflects that of Caesar’s Resorts then they are doing an excellent job, otherwise severe corrective actions are needed.

Easy check-in, room was ready on time and very clean. Decor was above standard. All-in-all very pleasant stay and accomodations. Restaurants are expensive but ****** was bright and good (not great) at smoke control.
