"This is one of the best hotels i’ve stayed in. The staff are extremely friendly and are always willing to help. They offered laundry service, motorbike hire and even free airport transport.

"We really loved staying here! The staff is super friendly and so helpful. They really made us feel at home. The pool is super big and the beach is right behind the pool, which is super convenient! The breakfast was amazing and there is so much to choose from! The best we had during our entire trip! The location is okay. We rented motorbikes (which is possible to do at the reception, which is amazing!) and it was easy to transport ourselves. You can also take a Grab to different restaurants and shops, which was really easy. The only con was that we had a mini cockroach in the room, which I think is unevitable in Indonesia (we had a ground floor room). Also there was a bit of a sewer smell in the bathroom sometimes. It did not bother us during our stay though. Overall we really enjoyed it! Thank you for the great experience! ✨"

"The bathroom smells bad, the water is sometimes small, but the hot water works well. The room lighting is not good, so the room feels scary. The room facilities are quite complete there are toiletries and coffee makers, but we got our bed sheet with holes and the power outlets are not much/hidden. Inside the room is quite clean but the facilities outside the room are not maintained well, the swimming pool water is green so think about swimming again.
For a pretty good location close to many centers because2, suitable for the last day before going to the airport."

"Best guesthouse I have ever been to. Staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Abdul. Owner Ray, is also very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. Breakfast is good and dinner is also excellent. Great cook. Scooter can be rented there for a good price. They also organise a few interesting tours departing from the guesthouse. A bbq was also organised for new year’s eve. Definitely recommend ! Feel like at home"

"A chic hotel: silence and grace. Because the entrance road is a little complex - a little visitors, but the location is unique: very close to the islands for snorkeling, literally 300 meters.
Staff service, in rooms clean, in the restaurant there is European kitchen. Paradise place. Above all praise, valuation 5 out of 5."

XXIUYINGAs a transitional hotel, we chose Jeeva Santai. It was already late at the time of check-in. The reception desk will have English reception, and there will be no obstacles in communication. Many hotels in Indonesia are early, and the price is still very cost-effective! Garden-style stay experience, but the downstairs will be a bit damp, not as good as the above view, but go out to the pool beach, breakfast can be very comfortable in the face of the sea!

I stayed at the Oberoi Hotel in Lombok for 350 US dollars and at the Lombok Island Cottage Suite Hotel Private Villa for 450 US dollars, but your hotel's Garden Villa at 888 RMB is really a great value for money. Most importantly, the staff are very friendly to Chinese people. Whether it's the front desk or the restaurant waiters, everyone can speak Chinese and greet you with ”How are you?” There is even a Chinese staff member at the front desk, who is really very kind. Both the room and the view are really great. I really want to say that the price is really a great deal. I never imagined that for a few hundred RMB, I could have such wonderful memories here.

EElen_na_naWe booked a room with a bathtub and it was super romantic in the evening. Fantastic view of the ocean. The breakfast could have been bigger. You are only allowed to get one dish from the menu, so if you want an omelette and almond croissant, you have to pay for it. The location is very quiet far from any mosques.

I had an unforgettable stay at Merumatta Senggigi Lombok. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and friendly service. The resort itself is beautifully landscaped, with lush gardens and traditional architecture that blend perfectly into the natural surroundings.
My room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with a touch of local charm. I especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the stunning ocean view from the balcony.
The beach is just steps away, and it’s pristine, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing or catching a sunset. The pool area was another highlight—well-maintained and surrounded by tropical greenery, making it ideal for lounging the day away.

YYazz’sLovely hotel, service is good. We stayed in garden chalet. The anniversary and fruit touch was so nice Daily cleaning. Staff are so kind and polite. It is a 4 star and is clean. There was a smell from the loo which was solved once we told housekeeping. The resort is showing its age but nevertheless decent. Only thing is doors do not seal so creepy crawlies are always in. We were not too fussed - some days only saw ants which was annoying but otherwise ok. The beach had no lifeguard so if you do go in it’s at own risk. We wouldn’t suggest this as waves are always high good for surfers. Amenities there is a mart walking distance and a spa. Not much else including food places you have to get a grab or drive. You get a free photoshoot which is really good as you get to keep a printed photo for free! Breakfast is decent nothing special. View of palm trees and beach is amazing.

GGuest UserI had high expectations for my stay at Kebun Villas & Resort Lombok, given its potential and picturesque setting. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying, marking a clear departure from the resort's former glory days.
The first thing that struck me was the overall lack of maintenance. It's evident that the property has seen better days, with clear signs of wear and tear. The grounds, which could have been immaculate, were poorly kept, diminishing the natural beauty of the location.
A major letdown was the swimming pool. Despite the tropical allure, the pool was in a dire state - the water was murky, and it felt uninviting. Even after I pointed this out, and the staff seemingly cleaned it, the improvement was minimal. The water remained cloudy, making it less appealing for a refreshing dip.
The room itself was just okay. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief, but this was overshadowed by the state of the bathroom. It was disappointingly dirty, with massive stains and a shower glass covered in limescale. It seemed as if it had only been rinsed with water, without any proper cleaning agents.
Adding to the discomfort was the sight of several out-of-use rooms. Through their windows, one could see disarray - bare mattresses, safes left haphazardly on them. It was a sad sight and spoke volumes about the current state of the resort.
Overall, Kebun Villas & Resort Lombok falls short of its potential. It's a shame to see a place with so much promise deteriorate like this. The management needs to take immediate action to restore and maintain the property to its former standards. Until then, I find it hard to recommend this resort for a pleasant stay.

The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on
I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower
I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave
The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first)
Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for)
I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
