Spacious and Elegant 1Br Loft at Neo Soho Apartment

This is the worst encounter I ever had. Didn't expect it was handled by another agency, Travelio.(confusing). The check in time was 2pm even when we arrived 12.10pm, no early check in, no flexibility, Can't complain about the time because we arrived early. However, Travelio CS told us they will inform operation that we were waiting at the lobby. We were told later that someone will come and assist us at 2pm. We waited at the lobby the whole time and he finally showed up at 4.42pm. Poor communication from customer service. The room toilet was choked. Aircon wasn't working (found out the circuit breaker tripped). No internal lock at the main entrance. We don't feel safe at all fearing that someone may just enter the unit anytime. Not so clean as per descripted. I will not stay in this unit ever again. Overall, not worth paying at this price! Don't suggest foreigners who don't understand Bahasa to stay here. I was struggling with the translation.
