101 hotel ini dulunya bernama MaxOne, secara lokasi sangat strategis karena dekat dengan halte transjakarta (100 meter) dan juga dekat dengan pusat kuliner dan belanja glodok. Secara overall service yang diberikan cukup bagus, kamar juga bersih dan linen tidak bau. Satu hal yang bisa diperbaiki kedepan adalah toilet yang terkadang ada bau tidak enak dan amenities yang terkesan seadanya, namun hal itu wajar melihat harga permalam yang cukup murah.
