The worst service when i called to cancel the request each time, a woman answered the phone, didn't listen to me, and put my call on hold while she talked with me. I did not stay at the hotel, even though i paid for three nights and they did not return me a single rupee back.

The rooms are a little claustrophobic without any view. The cleanliness was alright, but only few toiletries provided. I paid extra for breakfast but there were almost no options for it. Rest of it was ok.

We rated 5 star because good hotel , im staying last week my stay was going very excellent food was good he maintained good quality of vegetable oils , nice stay . Hotel is sichuvated near by Shiva ji park metro station, staff was very pretty, good looking well mainetd hotel nice place receptionist girls both girls is so nice and pollytile
