Ulasan Premier Inn London Wembley Park

Overall the hotel offers a standard Premier Inn experience so if you've stayed in one before you know what you're getting. The location is perfect for attending events at Wembley with the stadium only being a stone's throw away. But above all of this the staff, in particular the gentleman whom I believe is a manager by the name Eggy (which I hope I've heard and spelt correctly) was truly exceptional... We stayed here to attend a concert so as you'd expect it was very busy but almost single handedly he saw to the hoards of guests coming through the doors politely and without breaking a sweat. As we waited for a room to be prepared he made us feel welcome and made sure we were comfortable. As mentioned before it's a Premier Inn so you know what to expect but the quality of customer service offered by all staff (Eggy in particular) was truly exceptional. Will 110% return if in the area.
