房間很小，沒有空調，8月入住晚上熱得睡不着，開着陽台門睡沒有安全感，半夜又覺得冷，關了陽台門又覺得悶，一晚上都在折騰，雖然陽台可以看到湖景，但是沒有空調睡不好，那點湖景就顯得不值得了

風景很美，特別是樓下餐廳，很好吃

太美了吧！住在這裏，身心得到了放鬆！

This is such a beautiful hotel right on the edge of the lake. It has stunning views, absolutely amazing service from very kind staff and excellent food! We felt very pampered! We will definitely stay here again! The room was clean and cozy with a very comfortable bed.

BEWARE! Terrible cancelation policy. I had a room booked and messaged them to cancel a week in advance and I was told that since I didn’t pay the extra fee to allow cancellations that I couldn’t get any refund at all. BEWARE! I thought it meant in less than 24 hours, but this was still a week away. They didn’t seem to care. They thanked me for my money and that was it.

Lovely lakeside hotel a five minute walk from the boat station in Weggis. . Excellent food and drink. Friendly, efficient staff. Delightful outdoor dining in warm weather. Our room was well appointed and a good size. Balcony with stunning views. No air conditioning. We spent five nights here and the time went too quickly. Would return in a heartbeat!

Reoccuring trip to this beauriful place, we go every year and it never disappoints. We love how the location lets us rest from the city noise and enjoy good food in nice scenery. Amazing facilities for reasonable price.

Our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was far from clean, with dust everywhere. We specifically booked a room with a king-sized bed, but were given two single beds. The mattress was uncomfortable, making for a restless night. When we addressed this issue, no action was taken. Moreover, the room lacked a coffee machine as advertised. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 AM, but they had no warm meals available until 8:15 AM, and we couldn't wait due to our flight. It was unreasonable to not have the chef available on time. As a result, we were unable to enjoy breakfast even though we had paid for it. This hotel is overpriced for the subpar experience it provides. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere to avoid similar disappointments.

The name befits this grand old dame by the lake, for it is a first class, yet relaxed hotel in the most beautiful and tranquil location. And it was my good fortune to have been allocated a 2nd floor lake view room with a large terrace, affording the most stunning views imaginable. The only interruptions to the peace, being the atmospheric sound of the steamer's hooters and the church bells, along with a few ducks! I only had breakfasts at the hotel, which were superb, and with all tastes catered for, as I believe was the case with other meals also. Much quieter and smaller than the city of Lucerne, the location of Weggis was ideal, both for bus connections, and for the boats who regularly called in at the pier, just a short walk from the hotel. From here, Lucerne was easily accessible by boat, as were many other beautiful destinations. Mount Rigi, that is just behind the hotel, can be easily accessed by boat and cogwheel railway from the nearby village of Vitznau, and a trip to Mount Pilatus, via the steepest cogwheel railway in the world, is a wonderful experience affording the most magnificent views imaginable. Whilst a boat trip around the lake, with an essential stop at the beautiful village of Bauen, is a day I can highly recommend also. All in all, I had a wonderful week's holiday, and felt on returning home, that I had been living in some sort of utopian world!

The hotel is a small elegant hotel with a warm welcoming entry. My first floor room faced the Lake with a lovely private patio and was nicely equipped. The bed was large and very comfortable. Most impressive was the very expansive bathroom with the latest shower equipment and amenities. I had breakfast and a dinner there and the service was impeccable and gracious. I look forward to returning!

The Hotel Beau Rivage sits in a lovey spot on the banks of Lake Lucerne and its outdoor terrace, pool and garden take great advantage of the beautiful views. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast buffet each day (included in the room rate) and had dinner in the hotel restaurant twice during our stay. Service and food were fantastic. I highly recommend the seafood dishes, prepared with locally-caught fish. We visited in August and the weather was still quite warm, so the lack of air conditioning was a definite drawback for us (and the only reason I rated it a four rather than five). We kept our windows open and while Weggis isn't especially bustling, there was a good amount of street noise both late into the evening and early morning (we did not have a lakefront room; those may have been quieter). The hotel location is great - just a few minutes walk to the ferry port and about 10 minutes to the Mount Rigi cable car. We took advantage of the complimentary bikes to make the trek to Vitznau for lunch. There's an outdoor pool and a large indoor hot spa, as well as a steam room (you have to ask the front desk to turn on the steam). There are steps down to the lake and an in-the-water platform allows you to wade into the water if you don't want to take the full plunge. The lake is COLD! We enjoyed great service from the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Hotel Beau Rivage and highly recommend it.

First time in Switzerland, the scenery and view were amazing from our room. Close to the city, but far enough to enjoy the getaway in peace and quiet. Amazing reception and staff was very kind, delicious food and many extras like pool, outside terrace, etc.
