Ulasan Saco Reading Castle Crescent

Thank you for the warm welcome from Ricky! Unfortunately, I’ve been assigned to a basement flat, which is quite different from what I expected based on the photos in the ads.

Excellent service n very very well equipped flat n kitchen

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Shampoo caused skin allergy. Hotel does not give customers clear instruction on how to check-in. Rats can be seen outside the window. Some of the staff are not too friendly and proactive. Noise from outside can wake people up quite often as it has bad soundproofing.

Comfortable and relaxing place. Situation is near Reading station and Tesco. Recommend to everybody.

It is in the middle of resident area and needs a car or taxi to access any place like restaurant etc. also, there’s no information about neighboring area, so it was difficult to move around. No elevator, so hard to move luggages up. Sofa was very bumpy, so uncomfortable. Shower wasn’t fit to the holder, etc. Not recommendable for people with luggages, no car, and not familiar to Reading.

家庭旅行選擇，酒店位置很好，距離市中心步行10分鐘，火車站15分鐘，每天可坐火車來回於巴斯，布里斯託和倫敦，到倫敦的火車23分鐘，是非常非常好的酒店公寓。公寓乾淨，寬敞。廚房設施齊全、好用。環境安靜，適合旅遊居住。員工小哥Ricky，熱情幫我們解決入住，在此非常感謝。酒店一週打掃一次，對有此項需求的需要注意。

Reservamos um período de 5 dias, incluindo o Natal pois buscávamos um lugar confortável e calmo. À princípio nos colocaram na torre número 6 no apartamento 6B, porém era extremamente barulhento. O piso rangia demais. O apartamento é amplo. estava bem limpo e a equipe parece ser bem profissional, existe também um segurança que fica no estacionamento, porém esse detalhe com o piso e a acústica deixou a desejar. Nos moveram para o andar de cima, 6C, para tentar amenizar o problema do barulho, porém quando outros hóspedes entraram no 6B, era possível ouvir a TV, a conversa, o piso, tudo! Então se vc for alguém que precisa de tranquilidade e um pouco de silêncio pra trabalhar, busque outro local. P-S: A TV não é smart e quase não tem opções de canais, a máquina de lavar louça não funcionava. Acho que por £100 a diária, poderiam melhorar esses aspectos!

Pleasant Stay, very friendly and welcoming staff, great location as it is very close to the high street.

A very nice apartment. With all amenities needed. Clean, tidy etc with some nice basquiat literature. The boiler was the only real issue which is running all night long for some reason and very detrimental to sleep and what would have otherwise been a 10/10 stay

We had a great stay, the house was clean and although quite basic it had everything we needed it. The site manager was very helpful and made sure we were happy and settled in. The only thing which could have been improved on was that we were given no information on how to access the property until a few hours before our stay. If we had been told that there was a manager on site it would have spared us a lot of time and worry. The Info online states that the site is unmanned.

The two floor house was clean, good amendments and the beds and sheets very new and comfortable. In general a nice place to stay and very close to the Oracle.
