Ulasan Holiday Inn Washington Capitol - Natl Mall

Location was so convenient to eating places and attractions like the WA monument, congress House. Staff were friendly. Husband and I came down from Las Vegas to our daughter and her family in Chester, VA. We drove to WA DC for New Year and it was so much fun. The hotel also has children’s play corner and our grand daughter had so much fun!

Good stay! Very convenient location and it’s easy to find. Highly recommended.

It was a crazy time due to the ice storm ! But we made do ! Great macron for touring around

everything was perfect...the parking is a little expensive..

The hotel is located in a great area and is in walking distance to the museums. The room we recieved however was a different story. The television was not working which was disappointing for my children. The airconditioner was also not blowing air because the filter was absolutely filthy. We also got charged more than what the initial price as stated was.

The location is pretty nice. A lot of the museums and tourist hitspots are just in a 10 mintue walk proximity. The room is clean and has the feature of connecting 2 rooms into one. Would just be better if larger bottles of water can be provided.

Staff were nice and helpful. Just that we requested for housekeeping but this wasn't donel.

Hotel and location were good but disappointed with the service and attitude of the restaurant staff.

酒店在特區裏，去景點走路就可以到達，早餐豐富選擇多樣，餐廳工作人員親切，樓下就是星巴克，走三分鐘就是麥當勞，路邊有很多餐車，DC的治安大致良好，沒有太多的街友，朗方地鐵站走路五分鐘內就可以到，搭巴士地鐵都方便，不錯的入住體驗

national mall과 가까워서 관광에는 도보 가능한 최적의 위치입니다 주위에 쇼핑이나 식사 장소가 부족하지만 버스 이용 시 근거리에 시내가 있어 많이 불편하진 않습니다

호텔이 공항 근처에 위치하고 있어 아주 좋았고 편했습니다. 공항에서 약 15분 거리로 걸어서 다닐만 합니다. 조식은 맛있었습니다.

房間陳舊，服務也不好。酒店冰箱是壞的，讓服務員看一下，也不來。洗澡的水龍頭也是壞的，關不嚴，流水聲音一晚上。不建議大家預訂這家酒店
