Located very close to Union Station, which is very accessible for traveling around Washington DC always love coming back to this hotel

the heater is little noisy. others all good

It was good for its price. I’ll recommend too make it a little cleaner. That’s all.

中規中矩，乾淨整潔，性價比高，地理位置還不錯，服務人員包括二樓餐廳都是非裔，不知道是否因為附近是非裔社區，不過服務還不錯，值得再入住。

The hotel was overbooked so I was not able to stay in the room I reserved. I was told I would be able to move to the room on reservation the next night. That morning, I confirmed again with the employees that I would have the room I reserved and they stated yes there will be a room available. That afternoon, I went to get an update only to be told the room was not available and wouldn’t be available for the term of my reservation. I checked out and went to another hotel. While the staff were very nice, it seems as if it is normal practice for this hotel to be over booked and provide false updates.

The valets were very friendly and helpful. Let us go to our car to get some things out. Desk crew welcoming. There were some loud voices socializing late at night but I couldn’t tell if they were from hotel or across the courtyard which looked like condos or apartments attached to our building.

The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling not sure why it was in the shower so it kinda makes you feel uncomfortable room 914. The Hot tub was nice but could use cleaning. The front desk people were super nice and allowed us to keep our luggage there on hand after check out so we could roam the city. Someone was nice to tell us after dark not to go in certain places. Overall I give it a 7.3

No, it was not. We paid for parking and didn’t get it taken care of. We had to find our own place to park. We were supposed to have rooms close to each other that was under the same booking one Mccarthy room one room and they were way down on other end of the hall, we were not accommodated at all and then they act like nothing was wrong when we got in I am not happy about it

Definitely needs a refresh. Property and the staff are definitely tired. No towels at the pool. Jacuzzi was dirty and lukewarm. No coffee in lobby at 9am. Took 25 minutes for the guy to get more. There were also no cups which a different person had to get. I got tired of waiting after 30 minutes (along with about six other people) and I walked up to the restaurant coffee station to get some. The hostess saw me take some take out cups and yelled at me and grabbed them out of my hands. Wow. How can a packed hotel that offers coffee in the lobby not have someone looking after it. This situation was an example of how this property seems to be run. No one seems to care. If you go into your stay here not expecting much than you will be ok. Otherwise stay at a different property in DC.

Great hotel for a dad-daughter trip to DC. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We arrived on an early flight, so they checked our bags so we could hit the city before check-in. The property location next to the NoMa metro station was awesome. There’s an offering of coffee/food places around the hotel (and they brewed good coffee every morning). Beds were comfy and the floor was quiet. It’s a short walk to Union Market—fantastic food/drinks area. Hot tub was great on the sore legs—it was down one night for maintenance though. After check out they held our bags for one more day on DC. Overall, great stay!

The staff was friendly. The property was clean. It was an average Hilton hotel that worked for us. There were a few downsides: (1). At 8am each morning someone came to the door and knocked! On the third night I literally had to open the door as ask them not to do that again! (2) .The cleaners knocked at 9am to clean the room while we were still asleep, we left at 11am to tour and came back at 4pm AND they hadn't touched the room after wanting to get in so early. Then they asked if they could come in at 4:30pm so we turned them down. This was so strange. (3). Last, the hot tub was VERY luke warm...definitely not hot and the jets as well as temperature button didn't work. We gave up after 15 mins. All in all, the hotel is 15 - 20 mins uber away from the National Mall, The US Capitol and the White House so DC was fun.
