Enjoyed my stay, was surprised to find that I couldn’t get a beer until after 4pm Breakfast was ok, other food options were not so great

I literally have no complaints other than perhaps the room being smaller than I anticipated for a corner king. However the facility was immaculately clean for it to be sold out and a school vacation week. The pool was busy with children but there were more than enough clean towels and space to hang out. What blew me away about this place, the age of bad service, is how genuinely kind and helpful the staff was. It didn’t feel forced, I truly felt like they wanted me and my nieces to enjoy our stay. I would definitely go back especially when I plan sleepovers with my nieces that like to swim.

I absoluely love the Hyatt place. This was my third stay here and it continues to be one of the best hotels I have stayed at in terms of cleanliness and friendliness of staff.

They had the hotel full of young cheerleaders that they allowed to run up and down the halls all night even after I complained. Then after being out all day they never cleaned my room.

This is a great location for anyone planning on visiting RI. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff here are wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

The only reason I gave a poor review on staff was because of one person during check in. I dared to ask about an additional discount since my military son had joined me. Before I could get my first sentence out he was shaking his head no. When I finished my question he said no, it was a weekend. I also overheard him calling a female guest sweetie the following day. Everything else and everyone else was pleasant.

Great location within 10 - 15 minutes of downtown and next to the airport with shuttle service available. Our room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold food in a pleasant breakfast room. Because it was school vacation week, the pool was always full of kids, so I didn’t use it, but both the pool and gym were otherwise inviting with lots of natural light. We’ll stay here again when in the area.

My son’s girlfriend lives and goes to college in RI and we came up for a visit. I stayed with my daughter and two boys in a double with pull out couch. The hotel was clean and very accommodating. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The highways and major roads are all near by so coming and going was very easy. Plenty of places to eat or just order in. The pool too was warm and very clean. Fresh towels were stocked often. The only issue we had was that in our bathroom the faucet was very loose and difficult to use but it still worked. Will stay again. 5 stars.

Very clean and smells was so good. Excellent and professional front desk staff, excellent swimming pool spotless. Delicious breakfast. Everywhere was so clean and spotless. Highly recommend this place!

I came to the higher for the second time to come see a family member that was Ill. Everything was great I didn't have any issues with the facility. Love that its right by the train

The rooms were new and clean and the bar stayed open late so after dinner we were able to come back and have a drink before going up for the night

Check in was simple and quick. The front desk clerk showed me how to walk to the airport should the shuttle not be operating tomorrow. Very professional. On the negative side the dining area waitress acted like she was doing me a favor.
