Friendly service,everything that was needed in the room and comfy bed, not a lot of choice at breakfast but what was there was nice

Perfect location for visiting the beautiful town of Warwick it’s less that 5 min drive to the castle about a 25 min walk. Room was great as were the Staff. Breakfast was ok, very busy and limited choices, but decent enough. Bacon was very good although I think everyone else agrees as it went super quick!

Most overpriced dog friendly hotel ever £25 per night! Ridiculous and get nothing in return. Menu too small in restaurant and I overpriced. Would not stay again due to dog cost.

Good location and good value for money. Only downside is the queue for breakfast and limited breakfast options.

Title: fantastic staff, comfortable stay Reception: Liz at reception was fantastic and Helen at breakfast was informative made great suggestions on where to visit historical sites. Room / facilities: Room number 19 is on the ground floor and is clean. The room consists of 2 single beds, desk, chair, iron and board, stand shower (no tub) in the bath room, desk and chair. Self control air conditioning with a window that opens about 5 cm. The room does not have a fridge. Although we had to change rooms due to plumbing issues, our second room was very functional and comfortable. Parking: This is available at an additional £3.50 per night cost, car registration must be provided at check in. Whilst there are plenty of parking spaces, a car is required to get to the hotel, resulting in the spaces filling quickly. Wifi: Complementary and good speed. No validation or password required. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast is from 6.30am to 9.30am and consists of cereals, yogurt, breads (to toast) jams and spreads, fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, bacon, baked beans, sausages & harsh browns, juices, tea /coffee. Staff are very attentive to remove plates and refill food items. Nice touch having a staff member come around during breakfast offering sweet pastries. Conclusion: Centrally located “base”hotel for day trips to surrounding towns or Warwick town. Very nice staff, with a Mcdonalds outside your door step. Letdowns: No fridge, inconsistent room features. Location / Nearby: Warwick town is a 5 min drive. Other nearby towns are 10-20 mins drive away.

房間乾淨，住着很舒服，英式早餐也不錯，沒有蔬菜，沒有蘑菇！房間雖小，各種配件設定精巧，很實用！離TESCO超市駕車幾分鐘車程，購買水果、酸奶之類每天必備品很方便。酒店駕車到達、離開都很便捷！酒店同一個停車場院落裏有麥當勞🍔！我們遊 拜伯裏 阿靈頓排屋後當晚投宿在此，第二天出發 安妮海瑟薇農舍！

這個價錢，包早餐，划算！⋯⋯停車場需付多少錢，去到才知道，作為住宿，還是可以接受的。必竞價錢決定一切。⋯⋯

房間東西比較陳舊，還過得去吧，服務不錯，holiday Inn 網速一直不錯，早餐一般吧，停車方便，邊上有麥當勞

自助早餐款式簡單， 但味道可以。其他娛樂設施欠奉， 沒有泳池沒有佔gym房, 但三星級服務衛生情況可以. 晚上隔音較差.

Very welcoming at check in, clean and well-appointed rooms, quiet and relaxing location, and pleasant bar area. Will definitely stay again.

The Staff are really helpful & friendly. I only put one less star because the room I was in the heating/air con was not working, I was supplied with a portable heater. Lovely hot shower. Dogs are allowed. Car parking is £5 do ask at reception for the code before paying for the car park. At breakfast there was a reasonable choice.

Small double bed, drinks machines not working properly at breakfast, had to pay to park, was a hassle to register and pay for parking at a terminal and then redeem a pretty insultingly small discount on the parking after getting a code at reception.
