Location is great. Rooms could use a refresh to update Everything else was perfect. Many restaurants within 5 min walk Staff were very friendly and helpful

The units were clean, spacious and well appointed. As this was the 4th week of our 28 day trip, the washing machine and tumble drier were a welcome sight! Quest is well situated in Warrnambool, being close to the downtown and park/beach areas. The staff were very helpful and provided great guidance on the best local coffee shops and restaurants.

Management was very nice, great spot as close to eateries, room was very nice.

Great place to stay, so close to many restaurants and the centre of the city. The only downfall is there are no lifts, so all luggage has to be carried up stairs, but management was happy to help if needed.

This was an excellent property, spacious rooms and ample amenities. Very comfortable and happy to have a washing machine. Employees were all friendly and helpful. Could use night tables in the bedroom.

We were allocated a good sized room which catered for guests with mobility issues as requested. We were very impressed with the willingness of staff to cater for our needs. We will be returning.

We were greeted by friendly staff, given great advice on dining options for dinner all within walking distance. The accommodation was very clean, safe and comfortable.

Great room for families. The adult's upstairs and the children down for quite time. Easy access and close to the main shopping area. Plenty of dining within walking distance. Highly recommend.
