我們初次來萬寧，在這個民宿有了好的體驗。老闆人蠻好的，民宿裏面的設備都能看出來很用心，沐浴液洗髮液都好，廁所也是智能馬桶，水也不是那種為了降低成本買的，投影很舒服。還能借電瓶車，24h五十塊錢，很方便。雖然離車站比較近，但是如果衹是走路的話還是麻煩的，來和去的都是民宿裏一位哥哥開車免費接送的。

酒店衞生很好，智能馬桶加熱很舒服。
床品是一客一換，也是正規布草公司消毒的（看到了打包好的）很大的落地窗，採光也是非常好。
還有接站服務。老闆很熱心，準時準時來接。
我看到差評裏面有一些沖突，説老闆娘還是阿姨的價值觀或者為人出事的問題...甚至説人家包子是臭的之類的，住酒店不要上升到人品吧，每個人都有自己的認知。這樣衹會讓服務業的人不再做富餘的熱心事。民宿本就不是一個暴利或者快利的行業，也不可能一羣人圍着客户服務的。或許別人衹是在意自己的付出卻得到了一個差評，也希望老闆不要去在意某些差評啦 。繼續更加用心，下次再來神州還能體驗到這家民宿更好的服務

從第一天入住準備退房（因突然裝修）到後來連住5天！
提退房時老闆夫婦不墨跡增加了好感，加上第一天睡得很好，出行周邊景點也方便（我們自駕，聽説電動車出行也方便）就安心住下了。
接下來的驚喜是店家自養的雞很好吃、本來燒烤吧裝修燒烤沒吃到耿耿於懷、結果蹭老闆朋友的吃了一餐味道很不錯！而且餐飲收費都很合理！👍
住民宿最不喜歡管家服務這種連人都見不到的，在這家有賓至如歸的家庭氛圍，老闆夫婦親自服務，感覺特別有人情！
再説設施：除了寵物友好（這是我出行第一條件）、還有全年開放的游泳池哦！房間乾淨整潔、落地窗出門就是小院和泳池。
總之是一次很愉快的旅行，以後去萬寧還住這家，就等着裝修好了，燒烤吃個夠！在小院吃好喝好就能回房睡覺想想都美🤗

房間設施很新，全屋小度智能開燈和開關窗簾，馬桶🚽也是智能，沒有電視機，是智能投影儀，設施還是很滿意的。早餐是老闆娘在自家請人做的，式樣簡單，衹有饅頭或發糕，炒米粉和雞蛋，稀粥這幾樣。要是早餐再豐富些就更好了！
