It is a pleasant hotel, the staff very welcoming but they need to improve the check in procedure

The cleanliness of the sink, towels, sheets and pillow cases, hopefully they will be cleaner or replaced because my towel had a hole in it. The door between the rooms in the room should be checked carefully to make sure it is locked, the shower head is not flowing optimally, if possible, replace the shower. There are 2 infrared rays, maybe they are surveillance cameras or not

The facilities are quite complete, especially the swimming pool, the kids really like it.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
