Close to the airport. Clean, nice rooms. The service at the desk was tops, really nice and helpful!!

Belle chambre. Hotel tranquille, personnel serviable. On reprendrai le même Hotel la prochaine fois.

Le service était très bien L’hôtel est bien situé, et très bien en général Par contre la toilette était très sale, ,,,, Le repas de poisson (merlu) pour 15 euros, un fond d’assiette de riz blanc avec un morceau de poisson sur le dessus, aucun légumes et aucune sauce, s’était très fade, aucun goût et aucune présentation,,, Et pour un hôtel en France, tout était en Anglais, à Marseille, c’est la France et au Québec nous sommes francophones, donc j’aurais aimé être servi en français et voir des documents francophones î

Parfait.

The room was comfortable but the floor was dirty! The rest of the room seemed clean. It was as if someone forgot to vacuum. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant because there didn’t seem to be anything convenient and the hotel had a gated entrance. Meal was ok. They also have a full bar that was nice. We had breakfast in the morning that was also ok. Not great but not bad. Service was good and staff were very helpful and efficient. Getting the shuttle from airport was not easy.

The convenience of free airport shuttle with courteous and friendly Holiday inn Shuttle drivers. The welcoming and professional hotel staff at reception, not to mention the absolutely highly recommended for a fee breakfast buffet in the morning- highly recommended for anyone passing through MRS.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and they had an early shuttle to the airport. When I checked in, they said the shuttle was full for the next morning, I said I was not happy, and by the time I picked up my luggage in my car, they found a solution for me and a new shuttle. Nice people working there, nice service, and helpful, I recommend it!
