my coworkerand me stayed f in the hotel from (18.02-20.02.22) and I we had an horrible experience and were treated very unpleasant. The rooms were not clean and the service was terrible. 1. Yesterday morning 19.02 we had to get up very early so we arrived at the breakfast buffet at 6:30. The waiter asked us If we were hunters. We said yes and he told us that "he's does not like hunters!" in a very unfriendly way. No greeting not a good morning. We felt not welcome 2. Today at breakfast a different waiter left the breakfast area as soon as she saw us. We waited for 15 minutes for her to return. As she did not return I called the front desk and asked if someone is coming so we could order a coffee. 3. The butter at the breakfast was green and bad. 4. The hotel room I stayed in was not properly clean. The person who stayed there in front of me must have smoked in the room. There was still ash from the cigarette on the floor 5. We had open, half eaten food on the floor between mine and my coworkers room for over 16 hours. It smelled bad and looked shady 6. The plant in my coworkers room had fungus in it. When I complained today at the front desk the lady at the reception (same that left us without a good morning or a question for coffee this morning) and asked for a refund the lady said that she cannot give us a discount because it is checkout day?! I told her that we are also complaining about things that happened just 30 minutes ago. She told us that she cannot call the manager or can give us a discount, only for our next stay. As I told her that we will not coming back she said "Ok than I am sorry." We only stayed two nights at the Villa Lenije and I would not complain if a night would cost 200Kn instead of 620kn. To me the behavior of the staff and the overall hygienic conditions were absolutely not acceptable. Please see attached pictures for proof. I received the answer of the hotel director today which is the reason why I will make all of this public: he aswer was "Dear Sirs, we apologize for lapse in the service, I apologize on behalf of the hotel. If you visit us again, we hope to make up for the mistakes we make. I apologize once again. Best regerdas" This is a joke!
